On may 8, 2021, Nova Scotia “top doctor” Robert Strang restated The Health Protection Act. Instantly several businesses working with the police decided to take matters into their own hands and hand out justice to those who they identified as “anti-maskers”. This New Glasgow, Nova Scotia resident was one of those targeted in these vigilante’s dragnet.
Amber “unlawfully” committed the offence of 71(1)(b). She was fined $2422, although the maximum in the statute is $2000, voiding the ticket.
Would IainRankin, the Nova Scotia Government or Nova Scotia Health want to address this? I thought there were exemptions and no paperwork was required?
If they changed their mind, they might want to let the public know and if that is the case they may also want to address that most doctors will NOT give exemptions as medical documentation is private and confidential. Doctors are NOT permitted to issue such notes.
Interesting that while this officer was violating his oath by illegally asking for documentation that is not legally required, he advocated finding a doctor to violate his oath by illegally revealing private and confidential medical information.
Maybe this officer needs to review the law. Well the Truth on this one is that this cop is wrong. No paper is required.

Good Morning,
I am reaching out today to inquire about the extraordinary measures being taken by police officers in my town of New Glasgow. Starting on May 8, 2021 and continuing through today, police officers are targeting unmasked individuals shopping and handing out tickets for failure to produce paperwork.
It is my knowledge that exemptions do not require registration or proof. It has been my understanding that Nova Scotia was taking the humane approach and using the honour system.
I have read no changes in laws, and while the premier’s office claims their orders carry “more teeth” for law enforcement, I don’t see any actual changes to the law.
I am looking for clarification, as there is absolutely vigilantism between specific stores and law enforcement. This is causing a stress in the general public that is unwarranted. These are not protesters, these are members of the general public that have been living their lives as such during the last year, and honestly, had no reasonable expectation to be ticketed. Let alone bullied, intimidated, and harrassed.

This is Nova Scotia’s mask “guidance”, which allows exemption under the Human Rights Act. That’s right, even conscientious objection would have to be permitted, and respected.
#NovaScotia once took the humane honour-system approach to mandatory mask policy. However, since 8am, Saturday, May 8, shop keepers have turned to inhumane vigilantism, without any legal means to do so. A “strong-arm approach to enforcement.”

Even as late as December, 2020, sound minds prevailed.
The thing is, people are not bowing to the discrimination, intimidation and bullying of “law” enforcement. The lies have failed, and my bet, force fails too.
No matter who Rankin thinks he is, we know he has no authority. I know where Iain Rankin stands, with his buddy Scott Brison, showing their true colours through “sense of humour”.
The facts are this: Nobody is required to register with the government or carry proof of exemption. If there is question to an individuals exempt status, benefit of the doubt goes to the person with exemption.
Everything else that is going on with law enforcement and businesses is nothing less than government endorsed activism and vigilantism. Which, as Nova Scotia Health explains, is illegal and punishable with fines.

In Ontario, no proof of exemption is required to be produced to bylaw officers or police. Ontario Regulation 82/20 states that exemptions exist and need not be proven. Further, if a business does not allow for your exemption the business would be committing the offence and could be fined under the “Reopening Act“.
This is important to note, since Provincial Acts are written in accordance to the Federal “Canada Quarantine Act” and cannot be superseded.
Aslo Interesting, in the UK, the majority of fines were thrown out on the grounds of errors. I am inclined to think this is evidence these fines are used for intimidation and bullying.

At time of press, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association has stepped in, and we will be watching what becomes of that. They’ve already had success rolling back much of Alberta’s authoritarian “laws”, although provincial governments do not look like they are giving up on the power they have grown accustomed to.
Children have been the least effected by COVID related illnesses. Canadian provincial leaders have made it their mission to get the jab in them. Some provinces even going so far as to claim children can give their own consent.
The fact is, children have a near perfect recovery rate, and near zero death rate.
Although the National Advisory Committee on Immunization (NACI) in Canada has claimed vaccines are safe, they keep making statements that would lead the public to believe the vaccines are harmful, and too many unknowns.
Yet what we have seen out of other nations, is the COVID vaccine does far more harm then good.

The USA has already immunized around 600,000 children, aged between 12 & 15. It expects to have enough “safety data” to go even younger next year. Moderna and Pfizer started testing in children under 12 in March! They will probably come out with their biased data soon then MANDATE kids get vaccinated BEFORE starting school in September!

At the start of the pandemic a research lab published a scientific paper that the Covid-19 strain had HIV inserts implying that the virus itself was man-made. They also documented that the Scientists at the Wuhan Laboratory had documented not one but TWO strains of COVID virus; one that was isolated from the first COVID patient in 2019 and a second COVID strain that the Chinese had in their possession in 2013.

Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier has confirmed that there is no chance of survival for people who have received any form of the vaccine. In the shocking interview on French television, the world’s leading virologist stated bluntly: “There is no hope and no possible treatment for those who have already been vaccinated. We must be prepared to cremate the bodies.” The scientific genius backed up the claims of other eminent virologists after studying the ingredients of the vaccine. “They will all die from antibody-dependent enhancement. That is all that can be said.”
There is a lot of talk about what Montagnier talked about, but what does his research say?
Antibody-Dependent Enhancement (ADE) is Montagnier’s greatest fear. ADE is caused by enhanced viral replication which has been observein other viruses that infect macrophages, including dengue virus and feline infectious peritonitis virus (FIPV). Furthermore, ADE and ERD has been reported for SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV both in vitro and in vivo. The extent to which ADE contributes to COVID-19 immunopathology is being actively investigated.
In this mechanism, non-neutralizing antibodies bind to the viral surface and traffic virions directly to macrophages, which then internalize the virions and become productively infected. Since many antibodies against different dengue serotypes are cross-reactive but non-neutralizing, secondary infections with heterologous strains can result in increased viral replication and more severe disease, leading to major safety risks as reported in a recent dengue vaccine trial. In other vaccine studies, cats immunized against the FIPV S protein or passively infused with anti-FIPV antibodies had lower survival rates when challenged with FIPV compared to control groups. Non-neutralizing antibodies, or antibodies at sub-neutralizing levels, enhanced entry into alveolar and peritoneal macrophages, which were thought to disseminate infection and worsen disease outcome.
This is the mechanism. This is how SARSCoV2 vaccine works. The study is comparing it to FIP. FELINE AIDS! and if that is the case, the human race is done!
The virus when activated by these antibodies will accumulate is lung tissue and peritoneal tissue, turning the human body into a virus-making machine!
Peritoneum is what covers your abdominal organs…. vomiting, diarrhea and respiratory…..it will impact your entire body.

Such evidence is sorely needed to ensure product safety in the large-scale medical interventions that are likely required to reduce the global burden of COVID-19.

Canada’s current Public Health Director Dr. Tam, in 2012 procured a particularly lethal MERS virus from Saudi Arabia. She was working directly for WHO at that time.
WHO must be known as the organization it is, the central office of the global BSL4 bioweapons labs around the world.
Dr. Tam had to falsify the paperwork to read SARS when she transported the MERS virus to Canada, through the lab in Netherlands, and ended up Canada’s BSL4.
When Dr. Tam safely got the virus to the Winnipeg BSL4 in Canada, she became the director of security, working under Dr. Plummer, her “mentor”.
It was at the Winnipeg lab that SARS RNA was added to the MERS virus. It is also there the influenza strain was added.
Dr. Tam’s team at the Winnipeg lab where from China, the Wuhan BSL4 actually. Those scientists travelled back and forth as the lab in China was completed.
In July 2019, the RCMP removed those scientists and claimed the Chinese stole the virus. They did not need to steal it.
The BSL4 labs are all franchises of WHO, under their jurisdiction. The virus did not need to be stolen by China, it was easily transferred with issue.
There is also an instance where the virus was transferred to the USA BSL4 at Chapel Hill, North Carolina, under Dr. Fauci.

Guo Deyin inserted four strains of HIV.
#SARSCoV2 is airborne HIV. The influenza insertion makes it highly infectious. The MERS base and SARS beta make it a highly lethal “novel” respiratory disease. The HIV insertions make sure the infected recipient is diseased for life.

The thing is, all COVID vaccines use the spike protein sequence established by Chinese Scientists at Wuhan laboratory in China! FYI: That lab is run by the Chinese Military!

However, we now know the “HIV” is not being delivered through aerosol, but they’ve reserved the HIV for the vaccine!
At this time, it is abundantly clear that the sequences that came out of China, from the Chinese military, was HIV. HIV is big business for Anthony Fauci, which he has 12 patents. Once a person progresses to AIDS, they have a high viral load and can transmit HIV to others very easily. In the absence of treatment, people with AIDS typically survive for about three years.
Interesting to note, Thailand health officials found early success combating COVID by using AIDS meds.
Fauci is all about therapeutics, Fauci has the patents on all the HIV treatments. He was also the largest proponent of Remdesivir, which is the obscenely expensive therapeutic used for COVID which does nothing to cure. Remdesivir just reduces your viral load… works like HIV antivirals… it NEVER kills the virus so it can resurface again. COVID-19 is like airborne HIV! It attacks the immune system! Why? There are HIV inserts in it!
