It seems that most, if not all, of these “public health” organizations are actually registered charities. This is likely structured that way to encourage private donations. After all, a person isn’t really making the entire payment if they are submitting receipts to the Canada Revenue Agency.

While this article starts off with the Nova Scotia Health Authority, the pattern here can be applied to its counterparts elsewhere.

Looking at the most recent tax information available, the NSHA took in some $2.5 billion in revenues, and approximately 90% of it was Government (or rather taxpayer) funded. Approximately 10% came from some other sources. Also makes one wonder what “other sources” could be, if it isn’t gifts, donations (with or without a receipt), or Government money.

As for the expenses, administrative costs is a pretty self explanatory title. However, 92%, presumably what was spent on health care, is actually listed as “charitable programs”. $1.7 billion was spent on salaries, and $24.5 million on consulting fees.

By the way, whatever happened to that $83 million classified as “other” spending? Did it end up in someone’s pocket, or some offshore bank account?

It certainly seems that the executives were paid very well for what they do. And nothing screams competent quite like locking down an entire Province for a year (and counting). No one has been fired, or forced onto CERB or EI.

Just a thought: perhaps the groups who are so interested in lobbying the Nova Scotia Government to buy large quantities of their products are also making donations to the NS Health Authority. It may be worth considering.

Anyone notice a pattern here? The top executives are making large amounts of money, often in excess of $300,000 per year. While others are told that their jobs and businesses are “non-essential”, the decision makers are still drawing their salaries. There hasn’t been a single notice of such a person getting laid off. The damage they cause seems to be irrelevant.

It’s quite surprising.

Depending on the Province, and amount given, tax rebates are possible in the area of around 50%. This means that the public will be subsidizing these “donations”.

Remember that $5 million donation from the Como Foundation to Trillium Health Partners? Como is a company whose business skyrocketed after mask mandates were imposed. The Canadian public, and in particular, Ontarians, will be picking up the tab.

As a final thought, it’s not just health care institutions that are structured as charities. Countless colleges and universities are either structured the same way, or have a foundation that is. Every time they get donations, the public is forced to subsidize it.

And it’s worth pointing out, many schools receive grants from pharmaceutical companies. Sometimes it’s in the form of scholarships, sometimes as research funding.

“As I said, reporters didn’t have access to the infographic, and for some reason it wasn’t put on the video screen behind Strang and Rankin as they explained it to 50,000 people watching online, so Global reporter Alicia Draus asked Strang what the targets were, and he gave a completely different set of targets:

Draus: I don’t have that infographic that you’re talking about in front of me, but I just want to see, can you provide maybe some details on what we’re hoping to achieve vaccination wise before we get to each phase?

Strang: So our target for Phase 1 is, we’ve already hit that, 50%. Phase 2 is 60%. Phase 3 is 70%. And Phase 4 would be 85%. And that is based on that’s the percentage of the population that has one or more doses of vaccine.

“So, to be honest, I have no idea which set of metrics we’re supposed to be using. I’m guessing, however, that Strang misspoke, as no one has ever suggested that 85% of the entire population would be vaccinated. Strang has previously said, however, that 85% of the eligible population (meaning, not including children under 12) would have to be vaccinated in order to get to 75% of the entire population vaccinated, so maybe he confused the two stats? Even then, I have no idea where he came up with 70% for Phase 3.

“So, take this with a bunch of caveats, but I’ve created the following graph showing the total number of people who have received at least one dose of vaccine and the targets as laid out in the Infographic:

“As you can see, and as Strang noted, the province has already passed the Phase 1 target. And assuming vaccination continues at the rate it has maintained for the past couple of weeks, we’ll likely zoom right past the Phase 2 and Phase 3 targets next week, just as Phase 1 begins. So it’s unclear why we have to wait another two weeks for Phase 2 to begin and four weeks for Phase 3 to begin.

“I understand that it’s assumed that it takes two weeks after someone is vaccinated for the vaccine to be fully effective, but why then are the two-week periods stacked atop each other? In effect, we’ll be waiting four weeks after 65% of the population is vaccinated for Phase 3 to begin, and five or six weeks after 75% of the entire population is vaccinated before Phase 4 can begin.

“Possibly, they just want two weeks for each stage to play out, before moving to the next, which might make some sense. But why then tie it to vaccination percentages at all?

“Given the confusion around the presentation, it appears that Nova Scotia’s reopening plan was a rush job, and the products released today were never fully checked or run through an editor or communications professional for vetting. Honestly, they should’ve just waited til Monday to release it and spent the weekend crafting a more coherent message.”

The same day the WHO declared a Global Health Emergency, on January 30th, 2020, WHO Director General Ghebreyesus immediately pushed GPMB’s recommendations AND called for countries to finance the WHO contingency fund AND pushed vaccine research from Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), whom was co-founded by Bill Gates.

Take note of co-chairs of GPMB, El hadj As Sy and Gro Brundtland. El hadj AS Sy is the Chair of George Soros’ Open Society Initiative for West Africa. Gro Brundtland is former Director General of WHO, who also has connections to Soros. She was also Vice President of the World Socialist Party.

In 2003, Brundtland and Soros hosted a conference in Budapest, where they “focused on the role the media plays in covering health crises, prior to an exhaustive study into the medias role in covering the SARS crisis as well as other health pandemics”.

Coronavirus Task force member and friend of Gates, Anthony Fauci, is also on the GPMB.

Another interesting character is Chris Elias, who is also on the Board of GPMB. Elias is President of the Global Development Program, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, dealing with universal vaccines/universal healthcare. He also was one of the players of Event 201.

Here is WHO Director General Ghebreyesus with Chris Elias a month before the outbreak, praising the Gates Foundation, WHO’s long time partnership and for being advocates for the United Nations Global Goals. They met to discuss combating infectious diseases and “life saving vaccines”.

Interesting retweet from Chris Elias, of his boss Bill gates, using coronavirus outbreak to push funding for CEPI, whom he founded/funds, to develop new vaccines. He also calls for funding to Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization (GAVI). GAVI was founded in 1999 by Gates after pledging $750 million.

Much like GPMB & Event 201 recommendations, the Tabletop’s exercise in Munich, lead to recommendations of more funding by member states.

Interesting timing with how all these Gates associates, months before Corona started, had been meeting at multiple conferences & events making recommendations in the event of a global pandemic.

In the way the Patriot Act needed 9/11, maybe Gates and Co needed Coronavirus. Both inside jobs.

Another crazy thing that occurred around the same time of Corona, was just how many pandemic outbreak simulations and exercises were taking place. So we know of Event 201 from October 2019, which simulated a Coronavirus outbreak that lead to a pandemic. Let’s look at some others.

Just days before the Chinese Coronavirus breakout, Event 201 has a separate exercise on December 3rd at the United Nations Headquarters in Geneva.

Then there’s operation “Crimson Contagion” in August 2019. This massive exercise involved multiple US states and included local, state, and federal agencies, private sector and NGO’s. The scenario of all things was a virus originating from China that leads to a Global pandemic.

In August 2019, officials from a local town in Arizona actually talk about their participating in Crimson Contagion and mention how the scenario starts with a flu influenza that originates in China and starts to spread world wide causing a Pandemic.

Those same individuals later talk about the irony and foreshadowing [Predictive Programming] of “Crimson Contagion”, after the Coronavirus had already caused a pandemic similar to their exercise drill, which they had participated in just a few months prior to the Corona outbreak.

Then there’s “Cardinal Resolve”. This was a full scale exercise that took place in Virginia in October of 2019. What are the odds, that like with “Crimson Tide”, the scenario involved an influenza virus, originating from China, leading to a pandemic?

On top of Event 201, Crimson Contagion, and Cardinal Resolve, and also within the months prior to the Coronavirus outbreak, there were many pandemic preparedness & vaccination administration exercises being conducted all over the world.

Either coincidence or by plan, one thing is for sure…the Gates Foundation and its partners are certainly benefiting from the Coronavirus. They and their associates are calling for more funding to the organizations they are invested in, while pushing for a Universal Vaccine.

Their quest for universal vaccines though has been planned for over a decade, through the adoption of the Global Vaccine Action Plan (2011-2020), lead by Gates Foundation, GAVI Alliance, UNICEF, WHO, and Fauci’s United States National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases.

You may recognize a couple of the authors of the 2011 Global Vaccine Action Plan. Chris Elias of the Bill Gates Foundation and none other than Corona Task Force Member…Anthony Fauci.

The plan has been in play for years, but was Coronavirus just a sporadic infectious disease or was it manufactured to further advance the Global Vaccine Plan? Did the globalists need Coronavirus, the way the Patriot Act needed 9/11?

Some have suggested that the Wuhan Virus may not have come from bats, but rather manufactured from Wuhan’s only P4 Level lab, which was designed to experiment with the worlds deadliest pathogens & research anti-virus drugs and vaccines.

Shi Zhengli, Director of the Wuhan BSL4 Lab, runs a WHO operation, while flying a false Chinese flag.

The Wuhan Level 4 Lab was put into operation by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Guess who was the Director of the CAS…George Gao. The CDC China director, who was on the GPMB, and who was a player in Event 201.

Think about what a massive coincidence it must be for Gao. In Oct he is a participant in Event 201, where he leads a response to a fictitious disease, transmitted from bats to people, that leads to a global pandemic. 2 months later that exact same scenario happened.

If this was manufactured, in effort to push the globalists agenda, then Gao may be one of the suspects to look at as he was not only involved in the creation of the Wuhan Lab and Event 201, but was also involved in the Wuhan Seafood Market/Bat theory that started Corona.

The 2011 Global Vaccine Action Plan’s target was 2020, and now thanks to Coronavirus, they are on the cusp of meeting the plan with the upcoming development of new vaccines and inching toward a universal vaccine.

With billions invested into vaccines from Gates/WHO, and considering the decade long plan to develop universal vaccines as written in part by Dr. Fauci’s Global Vaccine Action plan, its no wonder he’s downplayed the effectiveness of other therapeutics, vitamins, minerals and exercise.

Just which politicians and members of the media are “Partners” with the WHO in pushing these Global vaccine goals.

With the ending of the Global Vaccination Action plan in 2020, next up is Immunization Agenda 2030. The WHO’s vision to “extend the benefits of vaccines to EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE”. The strategy will be laid forth at the World Health Assembly in May 2020.

The Globalists Want The COVID Jab In Every Single Human Being!

There is a lot of talk about China being the source of COVID19. But when it comes to bioweapons, it only involves WHO.

Shi Zhengli, the Director of the Wuhan BSL4 Lab and her Coronavirus team who have collaborated for years, was funded in part by Dr. Fauci’s NIAID and the research was a result of a “One Health. One Medicine” Initiative of Gates and Soros.

Shi “Bat Lady” Zhengli has been swirling around the internet, as some believe her Wuhan Institute of Virology BSL4 Lab was where COVID-19 originated. Though she now denies the virus leaked, Zhengli initially thought it may have come from her Lab.

While patient zero has yet to be identified, the theory that the virus was manufactured in the Wuhan Lab cannot be dismissed, especially considering Shi Zhengli was on a team w/ Dr. Ralph Baric in 2015, who had literally MANUFACTURED a Coronavirus capable of human emergence.

It’s worth noting that the research that lead to Baric and Zhengli’s team manufacturing a new Coronavirus in 2015, was in part, funded by Dr. Fauci’s NIAID.

Baric has received tens of millions of dollars from NIAID and others over the years for his research on Sars/Coronavirus and Vaccine development. This month he even received a 125 million dollar grant to develop a new vaccine to prevent future pandemics.

As a partner of Shi Zhengli, Ralph Baric is no stranger to Wuhan. In 2018 he was a Speaker at Zhengli’s Wuhan Institute of Virology for their 8th International Symposium on Emerging Viral Diseases, held in Wuhan, China.

Other attendees were Peter Daszak & Linfa Wang.

Peter Daszak, Linfa Wang, Ralph Baric and Shi Zhengli have been collaborating for years on Coronavirus projects. Another partner was George F Gao, whose name you can see in the pic.

Gao was a player in Event 201 and was behind the start of the Wuhan BSL4 Lab.

A couple of interesting facts. Shi Zhengli is known as Bat Woman and her partner Linfa Wang is nicknamed Batman. According to an article by the WHO, the 2011 movie Contagion was entirely based on Linfa Wang and his team.

Imagine that, you’ve spent your career studying bats and pandemic preparedness, they call you “Bat Man”, a hollywood movie was made over your real life story, and then years later, a bat virus breaks out a mere mile away from the Virology lab, where you’re a committee director at!

Wang has been on a number of WHO advisory committees, including the Sars Research Adv Committee & multiple Covid-19 committees.

Along with Linfa Wang on the SARS ADV Committee, is Dr. Ian Lipkin, who also has ties to the Wuhan Institute of Virology.

Also like Wang, Ian Lipkin played a role in the 2011 Contagion Film. He was actually sought out by the film director for his expertise.

Imagine spending your career on viruses/pandemics, they call you Virus Hunter, Hollywood directors come to you for their pandemic movies, then years later a virus starts a few miles from the Institute you’ve partnered with, leading to a pandemic & YOU GET INFECTED BY THAT VIRUS!!

Not only does Lipkin work with the WHO, but he has deep ties to China. In 2016 he received China’s “Top Science Honor” at a ceremony presided by Xi Jinping. The award recognized Lipkin for his contribution and promotion to the scientific advancement in China.

On Jan 07, 2020, soon after the start of the Chinese Virus, Lipkin was again honored by the Government of China for his “profound impact on their country”.

This Coronavirus collaboration between Zhengli, Wang, Lipkin, George Gao, and Baric, appears to be lead by WHO advisor Peter Daszak, President of EcoHealth Alliance, funded heavily by Fauci’s NIAID and evolved from an initiative of Bill Gates and George Soros.

Peter Daszak who has led Shi Zhengli’s coronavirus research, is President of EcoHealth Alliance. According to his bio he is also on the Supervisory Board of the One Health Platform and on the One Health Commission council of Advisors.

This One Health Platform that Daszak is involved with has a few names you may recognize on their Scientific Advisory Board. Linfa Wang , George Gao, and Nick Juleff of the Gates Foundation. On the One Health Editorial Board is Ian Lipkin, Daszak, and Wang.

The One Health Platform comes from an Initiative called “One Health”. A paper in 2015, discusses Zoonotic outbreaks like Coronavirus, & talks about the “One Health” Initiative, who the Gates Foundation are advocates for, along with WHO, CDC, and the World Bank.

“One Health” is derived from “One”, which was a concept by Bill Gates and Bono. They along with Bobby Shriver, George Soros, Bob Geldoff and others, formed “ONE”, with “major backing from Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation”.

So to put this into persepective, Peter Daszak, the man behind Shi Zhengli’s work at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, is on the Supervisory Board and the Council of Advisors for the “One Health Platform”, which comes from an initiative of Gates and Soros among other globalists.

Peter Daszak led a project called PREDICT, as part of the Emerging Pandemic Threats program, “to develop an evidence base to demonstrate the value of the One Health approach” Which we now know is a Gates and Soros initiative. Zhengli and Lipkin’s research was for PREDICT.

An interesting connection can be found between Zhengli, Linfa Wang, and George Gao, who’ve all been involved w/ Wuhan BSL4 Lab. They are all on the Editorial Board for Virologica Sinica along w/Xiangguo Qiu and Guo Deyin.

In July 2019 Xiangguo Qiu, her husband, and her students from China were expelled from Canada’s only BSL4 lab. Qiu was going to Wuhan National Biosafety Lab of the Chinese Academy of Sciences twice a year for 2 years for up to 2 weeks at a time.

Peter Daszak is also friends with Dr. Fauci. Fauci was a keynote Speaker at the Ermerging & Re-Emerging Viruses conference where Peter Daszak, George Gao, Linfa Wang, and Shi Zhengli were all speakers at.

Peter Daszak also starred alongside Bill Gates in a documentary called “The Next Pandemic”, which was released one month before the Wuhan Virus supposedly began.

Daszak was also one of the very first people to publicly mention the Wuhan Virus. Soon after the Wuhan Health authorities discussed patients with Pneumonia, there was Daszak on the frontlines pushing the butchered mammal meat theory and suspecting Coronavirus.

In the same thread, and before the cases of pneumonia were found to be due to coronavirus, he talks about his Coronavirus expeditions with Zhengli Shi, Linfa Wang, and of being recently re-funded by Fauci’s NIAID.

He ends talking of his collaboration with China CDC, Wuhan Institute of Virology and Baric Lab and says “There is the beginnings of a global mechanism to do this”, working with NIAID (Fauci), CEPI vaccines (Gates Funded), & WellcomeTrust”.

How surreal this must be for Peter Daszak. He is part of a company that supports Soros and Gates’ One Health, One Medicine agenda. With goals of Universal Healthcare for all & Universal Vaccines. He is asked to lead the PREDICT team where he discovers Bats are the original reservoirs for Coronavirus, he is partners with scientists who manufactured a coronavirus (Zhengli, Baric), the movie Contagion is made with the guidance of one of his partners (Lipkin), and based on true events of another partner (Wang), his team makes the 1st discovery certain Coronaviruses can infect human cells, he even worked with the Wuhan Institute of Virology, where just a few miles away, exactly what Daszak & his team have been working on & preparing for…takes place…a Zoonotic Pandemic in China.

And as a result of that pandemic (COVID-19), the “One Health One Medicine” agenda that Daszak is involved with, (a Soros and Gates Initiative), may get them one step closer to their hopes for global governance, surveillance, and a universal vaccine.

In 2019, the Gates Foundation helped fund a tabletop exercise called Event 201. In 2018, the exercise was called Clade X. The scenario was a global pandemic outbreak leading to quarantines, stock market crash, school closures and many of the things happening today.

In the final scenario, the healthcare system crashed, leading to Nationalized (Govt Controlled) Healthcare, vaccines were distributed globally and it was discovered once at least 80% of the population was vaccinated, the epidemic would be under control.

In the video, part of their final news update was that the president and VP had been in critical condition and the Speaker of the house, assumed the presidency. 1/3 of congress and 2 supreme court justices had all died from the virus.

I just think its odd Daszak was being funded millions, which lead to amazing research into Bat Coronaviruses in China and has spent his career on Pandemic Preparedness, but his team was completely blindsided by a virus starting just miles away from their BSL4 lab!?

Daszak’s Predict Program was shut down by the Trump administration in October 2019. What are the odds, that just 2 months later, COVID-19 breaks out. Retaliation?

And of course Elizabeth Warren and Angus King write a letter calling for answers on the defunding.

In 2018, the WHO updated its Research & Development Blueprint to include Disease X. Disease X represented the next international epidemic caused by an unknown pathogen. One of the men who came up with the name was…Peter Daszak.

Ever since Daszak helped coin the term “Disease X” in 2018, the WHO, Gates, Daszak, CEPI, GAVI Alliance, and all their other partners have been “warning” about an inevitable new outbreak.

Was the Wuhan Virus a natural occurring infectious disease or was it perhaps planned/manufactured for an agenda?

Canadian scientist Dr. Gary Kobinger helped develop a vaccine and treatment for the deadly Ebola virus while he worked at the National Microbiology Laboratory in Manitoba, and has decades of experience co-ordinating with global colleagues on vaccine development.

Kobinger was awarded the Governor-General Award with this infamous Dr. Xiangguo Qiu when they created ZMapp to treat patients with the Ebola virus. A story for another time.

Kobinger is now working with labs in Canada, the United States, Chile, China, Europe and Africa on their various candidates for a vaccine for SARS-CoV-2, the strain of coronavirus that causes the disease now known around the world as COVID-19.

Kobinger also said unlike HIV or influenza, SARS-CoV-2 is not changing very quickly. That is allowing the vaccine researchers to plan one universal vaccine that could help all people.

Researchers haven’t been able to develop an HIV vaccine in 35 years of trying, said Kobinger, and influenza vaccines are adjusted every year as the virus mutates.

Kobinger said he cannot predict exactly when a vaccine will be ready, but he says his lab is “going at full speed.

You heard correct, the SARSCoV2 virus is not mutating. There are no variants. That’s from the doctor who is working with labs all over the world developing vaccine says the virus “does not change”!

This confirms what Johns Hopkins was saying at the same time. COVID DOES NOT MUTATE! NOT LIKE INFLUENZA!
