In 2007, Kobinger looked at the 1918 Spanish Flu Influenza viral response in primates. They found that the virus launched an aberrant innate response against the body causing the monkey to die. To simplify: They found that 1918 virus triggered the body’s immune system to attack the body itself! This is consistent with recent research suggesting that the Covid vaccine acts the same way; causing the body’s innate immune system to fail to prevent infections (i.e. fungus, bacteria, virus) but also fail to launch an “immune attack” against foreign invaders! If this is the case, then this response is triggered by the vaccine that contains the 1918 sequence within the spike proteins. According to comments posted on the first paper out of India, that indicated there were 4 HIV-1 inserts in the Covid spike protein sequence isolated by the Chinese, there was also speculation at the time that it also contained the 1918 Spanish flu insert or active site.

In 2009, Kobinger was appointed Chief of the Special Pathogens Biosafety Level 4 program (literally, “Special Program of pathogenic level 4”) and works at the National Microbiology Laboratory (located in Winnipeg in Manitoba) and the only level 4 microbiology laboratory in Canada when research collaborations were made with China and pathogens were “stolen”. The laboratory is supervised by the Canadian Armed Forces which means the RCMP would have had zero jurisdiction! Wonder how the RCMP investigation is going? LMAO!

On May 12, 2019, the Globe and Mail reported two sources saying CSIS had first tipped off Public Health about the pair of Chinese Scientists (Dr. Xiagguo Qiu and her husband Keding Cheng), raising concerns about their contacts in China and the possible transfer of intellectual property. The Globe, which did not name the sources, reported the decision to pull the couple’s security clearance came at the suggestion of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.

So far, Iain Stewart, President of the PHAC, has instead sent hundreds of pages of overwhelmingly censored documents to the House special committee on Canada-China Relations, saying it is bound by rules respecting employee privacy.

“As public servants, we’re bound by law to keep confidential information confidential… We are disclosing as much as we can within the limits of the law.”

What does this mean? The Qiu incident would have been 100% theatre. Kobinger developed the drugs with “Chinese spy” Dr. Xiangguo Qiu, who was no spy at all. In 2020, probably because of his experience in laboratory administration and the success of Ebola treatment, Gary Kobinger is recruited by the World Health Organization (WHO) to take up a position in the Strategic and Technical Advisory Group for Infectious Hazards (STAG-IH, literally “Strategic and technical advisory group for infectious risks”).

Development of COVID19 DNA Vaccine

While developing the “vaccine and treatment for the deadly Ebola virus Kobinger worked at the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg, and has decades of experience co-ordinating with global colleagues on vaccine development.

“He is now working with labs in Canada, the United States, Chile, China, Europe and Africa on their various candidates for a vaccine for SARS-CoV-2, the strain of coronavirus that causes the disease now known around the world as COVID-19.”

Kobinger made headlines last year when he walked out on the Canadian Vaccine task force. His main concern was Canada was investing in mRNA vaccines, and he was pushing mDNA vaccines. Even with all his bluster, he still praised Tam for the work she was doing.

Kobinger is working on his own vaccine project and is doing testing on vaccines developed by Medicago in Quebec City, as well as Inovio in Pennsylvania, which is developing a DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) vaccine. Medicago’s plant-based vaccine uses virus-like particles, a technology employed in the HPV vaccine. “That would be the first candidate I would look at,” Kobinger said. Oh, but of course! Wonder if we can see your investment portfolio?

Health Canada is considering this “Quebec” vaccine!…. watch it be a shell… and there you have it! The Parent Company of Medicago Inc. is Mitsubishi with corporate offices in China!

GlaxoSmithKline is also collaborating on this experimental Covid-19 vaccine with Medicago, a biotechnology company also partly owned by tobacco giant Philip Morris International Inc. The U.K. drug maker is contributing its adjuvant technology to multiple partnerships rather than developing its own vaccine candidate; The University of Oxford, working with AstraZeneca Plc, as well as Moderna Inc. and CanSino Biologics Inc. After all, Science now tells us that we can mix-and-match our vaccines in the kool-aide jab!

Adding Glaxo’s system to Medicago’s technology could allow the companies to manufacture about 100 million doses by the end of 2021. By the end of 2023, a large facility under construction in Quebec City, Canada, could deliver as many as 1 billion doses annually.

Kobinger defends everything about Chinese scientists and their “life saving” work.

“The Chinese, do you see the science they’ve been generating in the past 5 years?” he asked, adding most of the research is published publicly.

“The Chinese – they have so many scientists, it’s unreal. What we can do in six months, they can do in a month. In 2013 the World Health Organization allowed Canada’s National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg exclusive access to a virulent Saudi Arabia virus. Dr. Theresa Tam was an advisor for WHO at around the time the virus that causes Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) traveled from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, Netherlands to Canada’s only biosafety level 4 (BSL4) lab where she was in charge. We believe this virus was a turning point for them; it was a Coronavirus more infectious than SARS. They were all salivating at the bit in anticipation of the genetic manipulations “Gain-of-Function” research they could accomplish that would increases pathogenesis, transmissibility, or host range. So why transfer a deadly virus to Canada? At the time, sovereign laws in the Netherlands would not allow China direct access to potential bioweapons. Infections could spread quickly to every part of the globe, as the H1N1 influenza virus did in 2009, after its birth in Mexico.”

As luck would have it, Dr. Xiangguo Qiu and Dr. Gary Kobinger from Canada’s NML discovered the vaccine treatment for the deadly Ebola virus and were awarded the 2018 Governor General’s Innovation Award for their accomplishment.

But what we know is that before she was removed, she sent one of the deadliest viruses on Earth. As executive head of the Public Health Agency of Canada Dr. Teresa Tam held the door open to Mabworks. In doing so she allowed the transfer of both intellectual property and deadly pathogens from the National Microbiology Lab in Winnipeg directly into the hands of China and the Chinese Military. They armed China with the perfect cure to a bioweapon. Then they gave them the bioweapon! And it is without a doubt that they also gave China the MERS (COVID) virus! Is she complicit? Without a doubt!

After the Ebola vaccine was developed Dr. Qiu continued her collaboration with scientists at Fort Detrick where she continued her work with both Ebola and Marburg. Our American counterparts knowingly collaborated with the Chinese as well!

Dr. Gene G Olinger was the lead for Fort Detrick.

He is currently science advisor to MRI Global involved in rapid medical COVID19 testing and CRISPR point-of-care devices used to detect COVID19 infections.

MRI Global developed mobile labs for COVID-19 testing and safety protocols, which were actually developed before the pandemic.

MRI Global has received funding to increase diagnostic testing for COVID-19 disease surveillance on the African continent from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Everyone involved in that Ebola vaccine collaboration is tied to a pharmaceutical company directly involved with COVID19 testing or vaccine development! Is this all a coincidence? There are no coincidences and conspiracy theories in 2021, this is all happening in wide open! Yet so few have the eyes to see and the ears to hear.

Interesting to note, Dr. Olinger has endorsed Dr. Qiu in her Linkedin profile. Seems they’ve remained tight. Also interesting, it also says Dr. Qiu is still at NML to this present day, although unconfirmed sources say she is in Wuhan. No doubt the NWO is putting her skills to work somewhere, while Canada continues to not comment.

• Glaxo also merged with and owns controlling stakes (68%) in the company Pfizer, which is currently developing a C0VID19 vaccine.

• Pfizer manages the finances of a company called Black Rock (owned by the vice president of CCP). Black Rock also owns stakes in both Pfizer (8%) AND AstraZeneca (6.8%), another company currently key in developing a C0VID19 vaccine.

• Allianz has had a branch in China since 1917, and has engaged in several partnerships, including forming one with the CITIC Group owned by the People’s Republic of China, and being a founding partner of the Canada China Business Council formed by the Desmarais family. CITIC Group is a major funder of Mabworks.

• Allianz is also linked to Chinese Beijing based firm, Mabworks.

• Mabworks was a company which played a crucial role in developing a cure for Ebola in 2014.

• The 2014 clinical trials for Mabworks were funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

• Mabworks is the same company that Chinese Scientist Dr. Qui provided research “in colaboration” while working for the Canadian government.

• In 2014 Dr. Qui replicated research and a drug (ZMAPP) created in the National Microbiology Lab in Canada to treat Ebola (with authorization), and handed it over to Mabworks who was already in the NML lab putting it in the hands of the Chinese military.

• Dr. Qui and Dr. Tam are the scientists who set up and then trained staff for the level 4 Wuhan National Biosafety Lab at the supposed epicenter of the C0VID19 outbreak.

• Allianz is owned by corporation giant Vanguard Group.

•Vanguard Group is a shareholder of Black Rock, which controls and manages one third of the world’s capital.

• Vanguard Group is owned by the Rothschilds, the head of the snake!

On May 31, 2021, Nova Scotia’s “top doctor” dropped a new phrase on us, “Break Through Cases”. I was not sure where he came up with this term and was not inititially aware of what he meant.

But Break Through Cases are covid infections they deem occurred AFTER a patient has had one of two doses of the COVID19 vaccine. It defies science, but these morons want us to believe everyone who gets sick, has an adverse reaction, or dies after taking the vaccine is due to the virus and NOT the vaccine.

Strang said that these numbers would soon be revealed to us, but first “Break Through Cases” would first go through the Premiere’s office. That only makes sense if you want to put the data through a Public Relations firm and spin.

The CDC has already themselves been reporting on these “Break Through Infections”, which may give us some idea when Strang came up with this gobbly gook, because it is not a phrase currently used in the Canadian Public Health vernacular.
