George Soros is using Marijuana legalization and crypto currency to engineer the coming financial systems of the New World Order. George Soros has enacted a network of propaganda in order to push his agenda. It is clear that Soros has used his shell companies, and holding companies to get behind Dan Dicks. Dan Dicks promotes Soros based Weed and crypto companies. Those companies are all listed under Rothschild LLC’s. Does Dan not know he serves the Rothschilds? Has our Bilderberg hero has gone shill?
So who are the people behind these Canadian cannabis companies? And who finances them? We decided to start with Jade Maple Corporate Services whose director Tanya Ceperley is also the director for Press For Truth.
Jade Maple Corporate Services Inc. is a media and communications company serving the emerging cannabis industry. Based in Vancouver, the company specifically aims to help entrepreneurs in the cannabis industry by offering financial planning, accounting, legal, technology etc. to entrepreneurs who enter the cannabis industry (2)(3). Jade Maple works closely with the Cannabis Growers of Canada and the Cannabis Media Network to promote the marijuana industry (1). Its primary objects are mobilization, awareness and lobbying for the cannabis industry that is still largely underground and seeks to build its legitimacy.
Cannabis Growers of Canada: The main objectives of the Cannabis Growers of Canada centers around market development for a number of small and medium sized producers,(84)(42) many of them already exist and are illegal. (43) They are opposed to a licensing system by Health Canada that would minimize and control the number of players in the market. However, the site of this association does not explain how the market could avoid being quickly swallowed up by big players especial U.S. investors (84). City Cannabis Co. (formerly VanCity Weed)(44)(45) for example, was just recently bought by Wildflower Brands Inc. a company out of California with offices in the UK and Spain. (46)(47)(48)
Cannabis Media Network:Is an online media networkwas just launched by the CNLS Media Network (4), a leading online provider of audio and videos broadcasts used by journalists as well as personal and collective digital marketing whose mission is, “to enhance and empower the individual while providing information and ideas that enrich and enlighten society.” (5) CNLS Media is founded and partly owned by Nick Gelso who is also the founder and CEO of North Station Media, Media 59, CLNS Radio, and Beats and Eats a top-rated iTunes pop-culture podcast. (6)(7)(8) CNLS Media Network hosts several podcasts that cater to democratic liberal views: Empowered Women Empower Women, Guns Wont Make US Great Again, F*CK ICE, Millennial Struggles, Kavanaugh Taylor Swift & Kanye West, Diversity & Representation, A Woman’s Right to Choose (9). CNLS also hosted “Behind the Media” with Dan Lothian (a former White House Correspondent under Obama): “CNN Anderson Cooper Taunts Donald Trump”. (10) Dan Lothian also appeared on Nick Gelso “Beats and Eats” to discuss challenges journalists are facing covering the Trump presidency (aka Let’s Bash Trump Hour) where they made disparaging remarks against Donald Trump suggesting he was encouraging mobs and discrediting reporters and damaging the credibility of CNN which was struggling after being called “Fake News” .(11)
The following individuals are listed as contacts at Jade Maple: (FIGURE #1) (12)
Figure #1: Jade Maple Corporate Services Contact List
Redman Weissenberger is Chairman, Executive Director and a Founding Director of the Ludwig von Mises Institute of Canada one of the Mises Institutes now operating in over 20 countries. In 1940 Ludwig von Mises, an Austrian school economist, came to the US with the help of the Rockefeller Foundation – the same people who created the United Nations, World Bank, and IMF; the same people behind Standard Oil, ExxonMobil, the Federal Reserve, and Chase Bank; the same people behind the eugenics program in America. A libertarian academic organization, the Ludwig von Mises Institute, is named in his honor. (70)(71)(72) David Rockefeller himself was quoted “Finally, in his most surprising statement, he revealed he considers himself a follower of the Austrian school of economics. (71). The Libertarian Movement is strongly influenced by the Misses Institute. (72). Ludwig von Mises was also founder of the Mont Pelerin Society has close ties to the network of think tanks sponsored in part by the Atlas Economic Research Foundation which are funded by the Koch Brothers. (73)(74)
The Mises Institute is an American alt-right libertarian think tank composed of anarcho-capitalists that are anti-nationalists, advocate for free markets and the elimination of a central government. The group condemns charity, as being “undeniably harmful” since it disrupts the “survival of the fittest” thereby obstructing the evolution of the human species. (13)(14)(15) This group does not support Donald Trump, in fact they refer to him as a racist, a nationalist and protectionist: (16)
The racism and nationalism that characterize the Trump campaign also help to undermine peaceful social cooperation,
The old-fashioned protectionism that Trump espouses is completely antithetical to the free trade doctrines of Mises.
The politics of Trump’s protectionism will create a privileged class that exploits the productive members of society.
Trump’s enthusiasm for government control of immigration means abrogating property rights and labor markets, which… are vital in the struggle of free trade between people.
“Immigration restrictions, then, are un-economic impediments on labor in the same manner as restrictions on goods. They operate to keep wages artificially high, just like protective tariffs.”
The Institute also defends a competitive market for human organs, including from living people.(18) Also, parents are not required to feed or clothe their babies and have the right to abandon their babies to death, especially if they are deformed and they have the right to sell their babies in the open market.(19) (Yup. Libertarian Principles 101: We had to read the articles over twice!)
Further research revealed that Chris Horlacher serves as the Vice-Chairman of the Ludwig von Mises Institute of Canada a think tank focused on Austrian Economics. (116)
Dan Dicks has reported on the Misses Institute philosophy; December 4, 2014 story: “The Free Market in Medicinal Pot: An “Austrian” Perspective on Harper’s Licensed Producers”(20) and June 1, 2018 story: “Ron Paul on the War on Cash, Cryptocurrencies, and the Deep State.”(21) and story on December 30, 2014: “The Real Sons of Anarchy.” (22)
This is the think tank behind Press For Truth who endorses Maxime Bernier (63). These beliefs are in direct contradiction to what Maxime Bernier is selling his PPC followers. They are: Anti-Trump, Anti-Nationalism and Pro-immigration!Wake up fellow patriots. You’re being scammed!
Brent Constantin is a writer and editor living in Vancouver and has held media positions in a number of media outlets in Canada including the CBC.(23) Brent also works as a constituency assistant for Liberal MP Terry Beech (Nainaimo BC)(24)(25) Terry Beech is very popular with Justin Trudeau and is building an extensive portfolio as parliamentary secretary to Minister of Science, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, and Minister of Transport. He authored “Our Government’s Work on Climate Change and the Environment” and brought his infant daughter to a “Climate Change” debate at the House of Commons. (26)(27) Terry Beech, who praised Justin Trudeau’s apology, is still standing behind Prime Minister after multiple images emerged showing him in racist “Blackface” and “Brown face”.(28) So is Maxime Bernier a Liberal plant after all?
Jade Maple Corporate Services also has Hollywood elite endorsing its services such as: Andrew Weil, a world-renowned leader in alternative medicine and advocate for cannabis use. (29)(30) He was also a student at Harvard and was involved in Timothy Leary’s LSD project and is involved promoting psychedelics with the George Soros funded MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies) (31)(32)(33)(34); Stephen King award winning author and cannabis advocate whose twitter attacks on Trump have been relentless since he won the presidency (35)(36); Kevin O’Leary, “Mr. Wonderful” from the Dragons Den, who backed Maxime Bernier in the Conservative leadership campaign then swore he would have nothing to do with him nor his party.(37) O’Leary is the son of a United Nations ILO (International Labour Organization) official. The ILO worked with the UN Global Compact since it’s launch in 1999. (66) (67)(68) During the CPC leadership race O’Leary described his social policies as “very liberal”, supported doctor assisted suicide, supported ending air strikes on ISIS in Syria, and proposed creating a “fast track” to citizenship for educated immigrants and their families.(64)(65)
Figure #2: Dragons Den Kevin O’Leary is listed as a contact at Jade Maple Corporate Services and he also provides an endorsement for their website (38)
Tanya Ceperley also opened up a numbered corporation company 9050353 Canada Inc. on October 14, 2014 at the same time as Jade Maple Corporate Services and at the same address. (85) (FIGURE #3) Further research revealed that this numbered company was the lobbying arm for this organization and the registered lobbiest was Chris Horlacher who was listed as “President and CEO” of Jade Maple. Registration information shows that 9050353 Canada Inc. is the “Parent Company” of “Jade Maple Corporate Services” and that “Jade Maple Corporate Services does not have any subsidiaries that could have a direct interest in the outcome of the undertaking.” (86) (FIGURE #4)
FIGURE #3: 9050353 Canada Inc. Tanya Ceperley Director
FIGURE #4: Lobby Canada Report: 9050353 Canada Inc. listed as parent company representing Jade Maple Corporate Services Chris Horlacher listed as “President and CEO”
Further research revealed that Chris Horlacher is also CEO for a peer-to-peer decentralized security platform called Equibit Group which has designed and built its own block chain they call Equibit. (87) There are two Equibit registered companies; Equibit Group Ltd in Canada (88) and Equibit Group AG in Switzerland (89) and were previously known as Equibit Development Corporation (90) (91) Their goal is: “Our vision is for the world of finance to move onto the internet with massive public blockchains acting as the registration systems.” (92)(93)
The chief operating officer and founder for Equibit Group is Nathan Wosnack (94) who is also founder and president of Ubitquity LLC, on the advisory board of Crypto Trust Inc. and the Lifeboat Foundation. (FIGURE #5) Innovators in the cannabis industry are using blockchain-linked social networks to create solutions for countless unbanked dispensary owners. Both the marijuana industry and the blockchain industry saw a huge increase in profits since legalization. Investors such as Vancouver financier Frank Giustra for example, have gained huge returns in this sector, by backing Hive Blockchain Technologies Ltd. (95)(96)
FIGURE #5: Team at Equibit Group
Ubitquity LLC offers blockchain technology and is registered in Delaware. (FIGURE #6) While the company is focused on real estate it offers services to retailers mainly in Asia, North America and Latin American Markets. Nathan Wosnack founded the “Blockchain Factory” a firm specialized in blockchain development, cryptocurrency project management and mining support and from there Ubitquity LLC was born. (97)(98)(99)(100)(90)
“Being able to decentralize power and democratize access to opportunity, like within capital markets, is a clear motivator for him” (98)
Chris Horlacher director of Equibit Group is also president of Jade Maple Corporate Services, and one of the founding members of the Cannabis Growers of Canada (CGC) that represent small- and medium-sized cannabis growers. (101) He says there is frustration and fear that the federal government will simply allow already established legal medical marijuana suppliers to take over the recreational marketplace:
“The government has created this brand new camp that is trying to gain its share of the market and they don’t necessarily understand the product, the culture. We have all these people who are actually newcomers who don’t have any experience with the product and now they’re saying: ‘We’re the legitimate ones and you’re the evil profiteers.'” (101)
Equibit Group has decentralized capital markets by creating the world’s first peer-to-peer equity and debt marketplace, powered by a cryptocurrency similar to bitcoin called Equibits, or EQB. (102) Equibit Group was incorporated September 17, 2015 and Ubitquity LLC was incorporated September 15 2015 and is registered by United States Corporation Agents Inc.(FIGURE #6) (103) (104). Recently the bank of Canada just announced that they are considering launching a digital currency that would replace cash and track how people spend their money. (105) They brought in the weed now they’re bringing in the crypto! Who needs government or cash when you have Blockchain and bitcoin, right?
FIGURE #6: Registered Addresses of Ubitquity LLC in Wilmington Delaware.
Further research revealed that United States Corporation Agents Inc. is a network of “registered agents” (e.g. may be a company officer, employee or third party such as the organizations lawyer) (106) There are several United States Corporation Agents Inc. throughout the United States. The oldest company we found was located in California, incorporated in 2003 and the directors/officers listed were LegalZoom.com Inc; (FIGURE #7) (1 an online legal technology group described as a disruptor in the legal services market because they use technology to make legal services accessible for companies. (107).Edward R. Hartman is a founder of LegalZoom.com and he is also a founder of Reuters “Legal Executive Institute” (108) This institute brings together legal networks and provides guidance, support and practice management to lawyers and law firms. The Thomas Reuters “Legal Executive Institute” has partnered with the Reuters Foundation and the Rockefeller Foundation to implement the sustainable development goals for the United Nations. (109)
FIGURE #7: United States Corporation Agents Inc. registered with LegalZoom.com Inc. in 2003.
Our research revealed that in 1925 there existed the United States Corporation Company that served this exact same purpose as the United States Corporation Agents Inc., with legal agents responsible for the incorporation of companies, at specific locations throughout the United States that bypassed formal ownership listings, and incorporated at Wilmington Delaware. We propose that they are one and the same and we believe them to be United States Inc. (110)
HISTORY: In 1851 Reuters was founded by Paul Julius von Reuter born Israel Beer Josaphat in 1816 at Kassel the capital of Hesse-Kassel (Germany) in the same village as Mayer Amschel Rothschild (born Mayer Amschel Bauer).(111)(112)(113) Rothschild is said to have become a close associate of Prince William IX of Hanau (one of the riches royal houses in Europe). In 1776, Rothschild created the “illuminati doctrine” and entrusted Adam Weishaupt with its organization; the doctrine is the “New Order” for the human race under Lucifer and his followers. (111) Paul Julius von Reuter headed the news agency till 1878. By 1914 the Rothschilds controlled Reuters (115) To celebrate the 150 years of Reuters, Edmund L. De Rothschild inaugurated a statue in honour of Paul Julius von Reuters in London. (FIGURE #8) (113)(114)

What we have here is an online alternative media news network, running an anti-globalism and anti-one world government platform, endorsing a movement largely championed by George Soros and the United Nations. Are they in league with the very same globalists their online followers oppose? Are they knowingly promoting a marijuana movement that has been largely directed by globalist extraordinaire George Soros himself? The same George Soros who is mobilizing our youth on the internet to support this “Green Movement” while impairing them at the same time? And if so how many online networks have been infiltrated to push forward Agenda 2030? We don’t have any answers but Mr. Dicks definitely need to address this issue with his followers.
Legalization did not get rid of the black market economy but rather helped to launch it on the internet. The internet has become George Soros haven for drug dealers and despots. And you know things are getting really bad when large licensed suppliers of medicinal marijuana like Evergreen Medicinal Supply Inc. turns to the black market for sales.(51) PharmaCan Capital Corp part owner of Evergreen Medicinal Supply(52) is the Cronos Group Inc., (53) a global leader in Cannabis products with international distribution! (54). And they are not the only ones; CannTrust Holdings a large Cannabis grower in Ontario was recently caught for growing marijuana in 5 unlicensed rooms. (55) CannTrust Holdings partner is Apotex Pharmaceuticals. (56) The marijuana corporations have become the drug dealers! These big industry players are a lot more powerful than the small dealers in the black market; they have the resources to acquire land and develop strains far more potent and toxic to children and youth than those already in circulation. Just like the Opioid black market is selling our kids contaminated Fentanyl, marijuana can be potentially far more lethal because it has become acceptable. I’ve often asked myself, why would a drug dealer want to kill its consumer? Well now you know.
George Soros is using Marijuana legalization and crypto currency to engineer the coming financial systems of the New World Order. George Soros has enacted a system of activism in order to push his agenda.
Continue reading Part 4… (CIN is not done yet. Do you want to know who is financing this “Marijuana Movement” in Canada? In our next segment we will be looking at the “activist arm” of this movement; “The Cannabis Rights Coalition”. )
Tilray is a global medical cannabis supply company with 169 distribution centers in 84 Canadian cities (1). Tilray entered into an alliance with Big Pharma, Novartis, to distribute medical cannabis world-wide and now has distribution centers in Ireland, Germany, Australia, Brazil, and South Africa (2)(3)(4).
The Bergier Commission, formed in 1996 in the wake of revelations that Swiss banks tried to conceal bank accounts of Holocaust victims, was created to investigate collaborations between the Swiss and Hitler’s Germany. The commission’s report indicated that there was widespread cooperation between Switzerland and Nazi Germany with the primary motive being profit. The political and business arrangements with Hitler’s regime helped the Nazi war effort. In 1933 for example, Ciba’s branch in Berlin let go its Jewish board of directors and replaced them with “Aryan” Germans. Among the 100 companies examined were the Basel-based chemical companies Ciba and Sandoz, which have since merged to form Novartis, and Hoffmann-LaRoche, now known as Roche Holding, that operated branch plants in Germany just across the Swiss border opposite to Basel (5).
Novartis was created in 1996 through a merger of Ciba-Geigy and Sandoz. Novartis and its predecessor companies trace their roots back more than 250 years (6). Sandoz can trace its origins to a small chemical company in Basel, Switzerland, that in 1886 was called Kern andSandoz (7). A Swiss chemist at the Sandoz Corporation named Albert Hoffman who in 1938 synthesized lysergic acid diethalyamide, or LSD for short. Sandoz supplied LSD to the “Psilocybin Project” on mind control at Harvard University lead by George Soros LSD/Marijuana clinical psychologist Dr. Timothy Leary (8)(9).
One of the commission reports focused on slave labor, concluding that Roche and other Swiss companies used such labor at their German sites. Many companies have since admitted that slave labor had been used at their German sites and have paid compensation. Novartis and Roche contributed to the $1.25 billion settlement in 1998 that banks organized to settle the Holocaust account claims. The directors of these Swiss companies were very well aware of what was going on at the time, and had knowledge of the slave laborers and knew that some laborers died as a result of the conditions in which they were held. In a company statement, Novartis stated that its predecessor companies made decisions that could be considered “ethically and morally dubious when viewed from today’s perspective (10)(11).”
Swiss chemical companies also knew that their products were being used for medical experiments carried out on prisoners of war and on concentration camp inmates. Roche, for example, actually participated in research studies conducted by the German Navy, while Sandoz was aware of the research studies carried out on epileptic patients murdered by the Nazis (11). Ciba knew that its products were being employed in experiments conducted on young women, who were contaminated with various infections and who were exposed to disinfectant materials in order to test the effectiveness of those materials. Some of these victims either died in the course of the experiments, while others were executed at a later stage (11)(12).
The current website for Cannabis Rights Coalition, a leader in marijuana activism in Canada, does not reveal the financial backers of this cannabis activist group (1). A historical archive search of the website revealed the sponsors (2)(3). Most are tied to the US marijuana and drug legalization movement financed by George Soros and Tides Foundation. They include organizations made up of lawyers and academics whose members are alt-left and anti-Trump. Some have origins in the Communist Movement in Canada, anti-pipeline and anti-oil activism, environmental activism, and campaigns to “defeat Harper.” They support Justin Trudeau and the Liberals and “Big Pharma”, with ties to Hitler’s Germany. Here is a background summary of some of their supporters:
1. BC Civil Liberties Association (BCCLA): The British Columbia Civil Liberties Association promotes civil liberties and human rights through litigation, lobbying and social media. It is Canada’s oldest civil liberties association (4). Originally in 1938, it was called the VCLU (Vancouver Civil Liberties Union) and it emerged as a branch from the Canadian Civil Liberties Union in Montreal, Quebec. These civil liberties unions formed in opposition to Quebec Premier Maurice Duplessiis, a conservative premier who strongly rejected the communist movement in Canada (5).
The VCLU took up a number of causes: free speech rights of communists; defending individuals from Quebec’s infamous “Padlock Law,” which allowed police to confiscate property being used for spreading communist propaganda (6); restrictive immigration legislation; cold-war paranoia about communist infiltration; “Gastown Riots” of 1971 over marijuana legalization; and the treatment and protection of a domestic terrorist group called the “Sons of Freedom,” that were involved in 1100 arsons and bombing between 1923-1962. They also opposed the “Provincial Heroin Treatment Act” which would detain drug addicts and compel them to seek treatment (7). Members tended to be lawyers and academics, primarily left-liberals or social democrats. However, it was infiltrated by the Canadian Communist Movement and some members leaned very far left. In 1962 it became the BCCLA.
Kirk Tousaw, a Vancouver lawyer, serves on the Board of Directors for BC Civil Liberties Association. He is also founding Board member of the Sensible BC Society and serves on the Board of Directors for NORML Canada (8).All of these associations are offshoots of their US counterparts. NORML (National Organization for the Reform of Cannabis Laws) along with George Soros’ Drug Policy Alliance and Marijuana Policy Project (MPP) (founded by Rob Kamia formerly from NORML, and funded by billionaire Peter Lewis), are the chief spinmeisters for America’s normalization of drug use, the decriminalization of all drugs, and they endorse the implementation of “safe injection sites (9)(10)(11)(12)(13)(14)”.
Kirk Tousaw also provides legal counsel to Canopy Growth Corporation, the world’s largest cannabis company (15)(16) that just recently secured the right to buy Acreage Holdings in order to position itself as a prime mover in the U.S. legal marijuana market in a deal valued at $3.4 billion. The deal, the first between two cannabis companies on either side of the U.S.-Canada border, gives Canopy the right to acquire 100 percent of New York-based Acreage when marijuana is legalized on a federal level by the U.S. government (17). Sitting on the Board for Acreage Holdings is former Prime Minister of Canada Brian Mulroney:
“Given the great social experiment going on in Canada… I thought it was important that Canada articulate a leadership position (in the legalization of Marijuana) and I think that the leadership position that was staked in this important area by the Government of Canada (Justin Trudeau) is a good one (18)(19).”
Kirk Tousaw was opposed to Stephen Harper and his conservative views on the legalization of marijuana and not only endorsed Justin Trudeau, he also participated in a conference organized and funded by Liberal Party of Canada (20)(21)(22)(23). Lisa Kerr, a civil rights lawyer and Trudeau Foundation Scholar, has also done extensive work with the BC Civil Liberties Association (24)(25)(26).
The BC Civil Liberties Association is funded by George Soros’Tides Canada Foundation, which has funded much of the Canadian anti-pipeline activism (27)(28). The BCCLA is also funded by TheLaw Foundation of BC (29), and includes members such as environmental activist, anti-pipeline, UNPA supporter David Suzuki, and Quebec regime (Desmarais family) reporter Andrew Coyne (30)(31)(32). The BC Civil Liberties Association is also financed by Ruth and Henry Goodman Fund for Social and Ecological Justice (33) that endorse initiatives against oil, pipelines, and national & regional campaigns to defeat the Harper Conservative Government in 2015 (34).
The US counterpart to the BCCLA is the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union), which is financed by George Soros. Soros gives a great deal of money to the ACLU which funds studies and then tells people how they’re supposed to be thinking; giving minorities permission to destroy their brains with drugs is not social justice nor is advocating that racism can be solved by marijuana legalization. This merely destroys the rights of minorities who choose not to use drugs while empowering drug users and drug dealers (35). BCCLA has endorsed several ACLU initiatives, collaborated on projects with the ACLU, and hosted events in honour of ACLU directors (36)(37)(38)(39).
Dana Larson is a marijuana rights activist and editor of Cannabis Culture magazine with publisher Marc Emery. In 2008, he was the federal NDP candidate for the riding of West Vancouver but was forced to resign after videos surfaced which showed him taking LSD and smoking marijuana (40). He also organizes the annual 4/20 event in Vancouver where taxpayers were on the hook for over half a million in damages at local rallies (41). Dana Larsen was arrested in 2016 in Calgary during his Overgrow Canada Tour, a cross-country mission to give out a 2.3 million free cannabis seeds to encourage growing as a form of civil disobedience (42)(43). This was followed by a 5 million cannabis seed giveaway in 2017 (44).
2. Sensible BC Society:Kirk Tousaw and Dana Larson are founding board members of Sensible BC Society, a group which is working to decriminalize cannabis possession in BC through a referendum on the Sensible Policing Act (45). The Sensible Policing Act would amend the BC Police Act, to redirect all BC police (municipal and RCMP) from spending time and resources on searches, seizures or arrests in cases of cannabis possession (46). Kirk Tousaw drafted the Sensible Policing Act, a recent ballot initiative in BC that required 400,000 signatures to pass (47). A similar campaign for Initiative 502, south of the border, raised and spent more than $5 million, and had help from billionaires Peter Lewis (who gave $1.5 million) and Drug Policy Action, a group financed by George Soros (it gave $1.3 million) (48).
Sensible BC is also involved in conferences with CSSDP (Canadian Students for a Sensible Drug Policy) run by Lisa Campbell and funded by Open Society (49). Lisa Campbell is a long time devotee of George Soros’s Open Society. The US counterpart to CSSDP is SSDP (Students for Sensible Drug Policy) with several international chapters (50). SSDP is also funded by the Open Society Foundation (51).
I joined the international drug policy network Youth RISE and eventually became outreach director for Canadian Students for Sensible Drug Policy, where I got to take part in discussions on progressive drug policy at the United Nations, thanks to the support of George Soros Open Society Foundation (52).
3. Dads for Marijuana International: This is an organization that is part of Moms and Dads for Marijuana International sponsored by billionaires George Soros and Peter Lewis (53)(54)(55).
4. Time4Hemp: Time4Hemp made its TV debut in 1991 and has since evolved into a 5-days a week live television broadcast that is focused on ending prohibition on industrial hemp and medical marijuana. Casper Leitch, also known as “The Father of Marijuana Television” founded the organization (56). Casper Leitch is pictured in a 1991 event that helped to facilitate the merger between the two “green movements”, the Cannabis Movement with Earth Day.
Time4Hemp features writers, politicians, doctors, scientists, and global activists such as Kasia Malinowska from the Open Society Foundation. Past guests on the series include: Keith Stroup (founder of NORML), David Boaz (Founder of the CATO Institute funded by the Koch brothers and George Soros), Kevin Zeese (Co-founder of the Soros’ funded Drug Policy Foundation), Ethan Nadelmann (Founder of the Soros’ funded Drug Policy Alliance), Marc Emery (founder of Cannabis Culture Magazine), and George Soros’ Marijuana and LSD guru Harvard Professor Dr.Timothy Leary (57)(58)(59)(60)(61).
5. The BC Compassion Club: On their website, The BC Compassion Club lists all their funders (62): Tides Canada Foundation (funded by George Soros); Kirk Tousaw (REFER to #1 & #2 above: Linked to organizations funded by George Soros)(63); MILLS, an advocate for Sustainable development and Green Initiatives (64); the Social Venture Institute (65), consisting of business leaders and social entrepreneurs such as Drummond Pike, chair and founder of the US Tides Foundation and Joel Solomon, Vice-Chair of Tides Canada Foundation (66); and Vancity Credit Union, who has partnered with Frank Giustra (67) on several outreach initiatives and has also partnered with Tides Foundation to build the “Social Economy”, a Marxist movement designed to usher in a one world government (68).
6. National: National is owned by Enterprise Holdings (69), who have joined the leftist ThinkProgress, which is funded by George Soros’ Center for American Progress, #BoycottNRA movement (70). This boycott is against the U.S. gun rights advocacy group National Rifle Association (NRA) and its business affiliates (71). The boycott extended to Canada where Mountain Equipment Co-op and the Running Room cut supplier relationships with Vista Outdoor (72).
7. MCRCI: Cannabis isn’t (yet) sold at pharmacies in Canada. Resource centers such as MCRCI (Medical Cannabis Resource Center Inc.) assist patients in finding doctors and obtaining medical cannabis (73)(74)(75). MCRCI is owned by Tilray, a global medical cannabis supply company with 169 distribution centers in 84 Canadian cities (76). Tilray entered into an alliance with Big Pharma, Novartis, to distribute medical cannabis world-wide and now has distribution centers in Ireland, Germany, Australia, Brazil, and South Africa (77)(78)(79).
The International Criminal Court has been instrumental in implementing the New World Order. Canada has lead the charge and President Donald Trump wants to stand in the way.
In July 1987, over 200 experts from Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, other Commonwealth countries, the United States, Europe, and Israel gathered at the Inns of Court in London at the “Society for the Reform of Criminal Law ”(ISRCL) to discuss criminal law reform and the criminal justice system (1). During the London conference, the participants analyzed the possible outcomes of movements for criminal law reform which had developed in their respective countries. They examined the present need for reform, the social context for reform, and how reforms should be accomplished.
At the conclusion of the conference, the participants called for the establishment of an international body to bring together those actively working for the improvement of the criminal law and the administration of criminal justice. A number of the participants took up that challenge and founded the ISRCL in January, 1988 (2). John W. Conroy, a Vancouver lawyer and cannabis rights litigator and activist (3)(4) is listed as director of ISRCL since as early as 1988 (5), and the first members of this society are found in the following links: (6)(7).
The ISRCL is a non-profit charitable association incorporated under the laws of Canada. The founders were of the view that the ISRCL must retain its independence of thought and action from government. Accordingly, ISRCL’s key activities and its member services are primarily funded by an annual membership levy and donations. The ISRCL does, however, solicit financial assistance for specific conferences, seminars, or projects from government departments, agencies, law foundations, and other foundations.
Funding for specific projects has been obtained from The British Council, the Departments of Justice of Canada and New Zealand, The Home Office, the Attorney General’s Department of Australia, the Victoria Law Foundation, the Law Foundation of British Columbia, the Law Foundation of Nova Scotia, and the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA). The Law Reform Commission of Canada, the Correctional Service of Canada, and the British Columbia Corrections Branch have also provided important material and financial assistance in the past (8).
In February 1991, the ISRCL signed an agreement with Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia to establish the International Centre for Criminal Law Reform and Criminal Justice Policy in Vancouver, Canada. The ICCLR was incorporated in 1992 as a society with its own Board of Directors and became an associate of the United Nations. In July 1995, an agreement was signed with the United Nations to formally affiliate the ICCLR as an international institute of the United Nations. The ICCLR supports the activities of the ISRCL, and both support the UN Sustainable Development Goals (9).
The International Centre for Criminal Law Reform (ICCLR) conducts research and policy analysis and provides consultation services relating to the fields of international criminal law. Since 1992, ICCLR has been actively committed to supporting global efforts in the creation of a permanent International Criminal Court (ICC). In 1993, ICCLR organized and sponsored The InternationalMeeting of Experts on the Establishment of an International Criminal Court, with more than seventy leading criminal and international law experts from thirty countries converging on Vancouver. The Government of Canada provided financial support for this project through the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and the Department of Justice (Jean Chretien)(10). Both the ISRCL under John Conroy and the ICCLR were also integral partners in it’s formation (11)(12).
On July 1, 2002, the International Criminal Court (ICC) was created as the first permanent international court capable of enforcing the web of international laws that have been designed over the last 74 years since the birth of the United Nations (13)(14). Why is this of importance? A country party to the ICC is obligated to cooperate and to submit their judicial processes to this international criminal court which has external oversight. This has serious implications for sovereignty. The ICC, is a supranational tribunal, and has basically consolidated the legality of the “International Order”. After all, a world government needs a world court. Although it is being downplayed, the adoption of a permanent world court is a significant advance toward a one world government the world has ever witnessed (15).
Under President Donald Trump’s administration, the US Government has stated that it will not cooperate with the ICC and has gone as far as to threaten retaliatory steps against the ICC staff and member countries should this international court investigate US or other allied country citizens (e.g. Israel). In March of 2019, US Secretary of State Michael Pompeo announced that the United States would impose Visa bans on ICC officials involved in the courts’ potential investigation of US citizens for alleged crimes in Afghanistan. In 2018, President Trump addressed the UN General Assembly stating:
The United States will provide no support or recognition to the International Criminal Court (ICC). As far as America is concerned the ICC has no jurisdiction, no legitimacy, and no authority (16).
Canada signed this agreement under the Liberal Jean Chretien government on December 18, 1998. On June 29, 2000, Canada enacted the Crimes Against Humanity and War Crimes Act, becoming the first country in the world to adopt this legislation which was ratified on July 7, 2000. It is obvious that Canada is playing an integral role in the implementation of a New World Order. There is the possibility for ISIS foreign fighters captured in Syria to be tried under the International Criminal Court(ICC), but do nations want to give the ICC such authority thereby setting precedent for future criminal convictions of their own citizens (17)?
She launched the Deputy Ministers
Task Force on strengthening our policy capacity. This was chaired by
Canadas Chief Statistician Ivan Fellegi. The Fellegi Report (1996)
recommended long-term strategies for policy development, the need to
promote interdepartmental networks within government, and
recommended that the Privy Council Office (PCO) be the focal
point for this “Whole of Government” approach. (FYI: At the same
time, Tony Blairs Labour Party in the UK wrote the “White Paper”
making similar recommendations)

joint effort between the PCO Clerk (Jocelyne Bourgon) and Deputy
Ministers of different governmental departments to look at
government policy development.

“We have
not heard from former clerks of the Privy Council, like Jocelyne
Bourgon or Mel Cappe, who could tell us what the Privy Council knew
and when it knew, and what directions they gave. Whether for
instance, did an official from the Federal-Provincial Relations
Office of the PCO call Chuck Guité in 1995 and instruct him to bend
the rules, if necessary, in the government’s advertising program? We
would like to hear them testify to that question.”
Workers Versus Austerity the
modern state apparatus: In the summer of 2009, two figures from that
eras Liberal administration former top bureaucrat Jocelyne Bourgon
and former cabinet minister Marcel Massé flew across the Atlantic
and met with leading British Conservatives including Philip Hammond,
the shadow chief secretary to the Treasury. We are not privy to the
discussions which took place at these meetings. But it might not be
a coincidence that the Conservatives in Britain, now in office, have
embarked upon a serious austerity offensive that has many
similarities with Canada s experience in the 1990s. One of the
principle mechanisms used by the Liberals to slash spending was to
change the rules by which tax money was shipped out to the
provinces. The effect was to reduce by billions of dollars the
amount of money given to the provinces and this was critical,
because it is the provinces in Canada which fund health care,
education and social assistance. These central components of the
welfare state, while delivered provincially, are extremely dependent
on transfer payments from the senior level of government. To deal
with debts accumulated during years of Tory rule, the federal
liberals had redefined the way in which transfer payments were to be
delivered to the provinces, the net effect of which would be to
reduce those payments by billions. Chart 1 (Department of Finance
Canada 2010) captures this starkly. From until, transfer payments
stagnated at around the thirty five billion dollar mark, in fact a
long slow cut in per capita terms. But from until, transfer payments
plunged by seven billion dollars, and then by another two billion
dollars between and This is the picture of the austerity measures
behind the construction of the neoliberal state, one aspect of which
was the threatened doubling of tuition fees.”

If you look at the UNPA campaign there are milestones in its history scroll to 2007 and you will find that the Canadian government had set up a review committee to look at the UNPA. It’s on the UNPA website here. https://t.co/zU09vSIoXN
There was a committee set up to study the UNPA in 2007 following community support for it by the world federalist movement in 2007 (Vancouver) there were even rallies in Ottawa.
This is the committee report released July 11, 2007 when Bernier was making the transition as Minister of Foreign affairs (He became minister in August 14, 2007 but the report was also submitted to the HOC members and PRESENTED in the HOC by tabling it to the HOC on July 11, 2007… AND DIRECTLY TO HIS OFFICE the committee was formed to study the UNPA and its formation. This would have been ON HIS DESK as soon as he took office in August 2007). Here are the minutes stating that it was going out to HOC members:
This
was a 2 day strategy private meeting held on October 19-20, 2006 with
Tides Canada, Vancity Credit Union, J.W. McConnell, PLAN Canada, Coro
Strandberg. The purpose of the meeting was to map out an accelerated
growth path for the
financial infrastructure needed to support the “social economy”.
“Social
finance for the purpose of the meeting was described as sustainable
finance with a social or environmental goal, covering a growing
continuum including community investing, social enterprise finance,
micro-lending, sustainable business, and philanthropic
program-related investments. Premised on the view that the Canadian
social sector (including charities, non-profits and community
enterprises) is drastically under-financed, the meeting sought to
consider how to reverse this situation through advancing the growth
of the social capital marketplace.”
Nancy Neamtan CEO Chantier de
l’economie sociale: “In Quebec the focus is on the social
economy, not on economic development per se. It is important to
advance development from a bottom-up perspective, through engaging
unions, co-operatives, charitable, environmental and community
economic development organizations, etc.”
Coro Strandberg provided a
summary of barriers for social finance: the barriers she was
referring to were government policy
•
Need to map out and conduct an inventory of existing financial
instruments and tools in Canada, some of which is being
undertaken by Human Resource Social
Development Canada (HRSDC) as part of its work with the
Community Finance Advisory Panel
• The
Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) social
economy research program is a resource for this initiative
The
committee discussed 4 Main Goals as follows: GOAL #1 and #3 would
impact government
•
Goal 1: Access to social finance capital to scale up social economy
• Goal 2: Social sector capacity for
social financing is built
•
Goal 3: An enabling policy and regulatory environment to scale up
social finance exists
• Goal 4: Organizations and affinity
groups are working together on a coordinated approach to scale up
social finance
GOAL
#1: Access to Capital for Social Economy
Establish a National institution
to act as a “social investment
bank” (Infrastructure
Bank?)
Use of decentralized capital
investments: mutual funds loans, pension
funds, labour funds, recruit VanCity to initialize the
process
GOAL#3:
Government Policy Change
•
Political outreach: develop a non-partisan program to be advanced
through the political arena. As political parties are developing
their platforms there is an opportunity to build pre-electoral
alliances within all parties in order to seed a social finance agenda
•
Document the impacts of recent cuts and illustrate a role for social
finance
•
Need to advocate all levels within government, including policy
development, program delivery and politicians
•
Start at the community level – make it a citizens movement first
and work up to provincial and federal levels; engage
cross-sectorally; build upon current regional success; focus on the
provincial window
•
Use social marketing expertise to help sector act like a movement.
The sector needs to speak with one voice; who represents the sector?
•
Don’t position the issue as a grant/contribution issue, but a
finance and investment issue.
•
Focus a communications strategy by identifying a series of social and
environmental challenges, show how we need a policy response to help
adapt capital tools for solving social and environmental problems.
It
was agreed that the initiative should continue under Tides Canada
Foundation’s administrative leadership. SOROS
Participants commented there is a
critical need to develop a public policy agenda and to scope out a
role for an intermediary/s in this space, possibly a virtual
brokerage function to manage targeted sectoral strategies to raise
capital.

The question here is Johanne Mennie attending meetings with Corporations where it was discussed that her role would be to help facilitate policy change within government to help finance the “Social Economy”…. Was that meeting ever registered with Lobby Canada?
The Social Economy generates 4.3 billion in annual sales per year. Additionally (not shown here) Federal funding gave rise to other agencies giving money as well: Fonds de solidarite de la FTQ, Fondaction (pension funds), Investissement Quebec. The focus is “service before profits”. They wanted to see te program rolled out to the rest of Canada. Their narrative was on the environment and renewables.
ThIs quote above is by David LePage representing Canadian Community Economic Development Network (CCEDNet) which represents 3000 community development organizations across Canada referred to as Enterprising Non-Profits. He advocated for policy change an enabling environment that supports social economy.

Called donor-advised giving, this pass-through funding vehicle provides public-relations insulation for the money’s original donors. By using Tides to funnel its capital, a large public charity can indirectly fund a project with which it would prefer not to be directly identified in public. Drummond Pike has reinforced this view, telling The Chronicle of Philanthropy: “Anonymity is very important to most of the people we work with.”

https://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2012/05/08/soros-tides-foundation-canada/ Soros Tides Canada under investigation by CRA: “George Soros’ Tides Foundation in Canada is under investigation by the Canada Revenue Agency after members of the Conservative Party labeled the organization a foreign-funded radical group. As the Globe and Mail reports, the group “serves as a clearinghouse for foreign donors that want to donate here but do not have Canadian charitable status.” The organization has funneled money to liberal advocacy groups, particularly regarding oil development issues.”
http://leftexposed.org/2015/11/tides-foundation/ “Tides Foundation is a San Francisco, California-based 501(c)(3) non-profit social change corporation founded June 4, 1976. Tides is largely credited with pioneering anonymous “Dark Money” transactions through donor advised funds for politically liberal and progressive organizations in the areas of the environment, health care, labor issues, immigrant rights, gay rights, women’s rights, and activism against gun rights, industrial development and corporations. Tides Foundation’s skill at keeping donors anonymous and grant recipients secret became a public issue, bringing IRS attention and measures to separate its most innovative program from its normal grant-making operation.”

Who is Harjit Sajjan?
Isn’t it ironic how a man born in the Khalistan area of India, and the perpetrators of Canada’s largest terrorist attack – The Air India Bombing were Khalistani Separatists. Does it remind you of a certain American Manchurian Barry Soetoro? I am working on his timeline because there are many discrepancies and lies about who this man is that rose quickly to the ranks of Minister of Defence. The man boycotted by Captain Amarinder Singh who claims Sajjan is indeed a Khalistani Sympathizer, along with 4 others in our Cabinet.
Much more to come… I just have to filter through 31 pages of notes. What got me really fired up was when I found a video from a news agency in India interviewing him where he actually stated: “Let us not forget the loss of life that resulted in anti-Sikh violence in 1984, which was truly tragic. I’m looking forward to the rest of the trip and today was another step in strengthening the deep ties between our BETWEEN OUR TWO COUNTRIES and create new opportunities to grow middle class in “CANADA AND PUNJAB” specifical in areas of education and agriculture INVESTMENT.
He
supports the group which celebrates the mass Murderer Air India
bomber as a hero.
Sajjan’s
funding for his election campaign was from the World Sikh
Organization – his father, Kundan Sajjan, a former executive of the
World Sikh Organization (WSO), are both Khalistan sympathizers. At
the height of the Punjab conflict in the 1980s, the WSO espoused the
formation of an independent Sikh state.
Sajjan joined
The British Columbia Regiment (Duke of Connaught’s Own) in 1989 as a
trooper and was commissioned in 1991
The
Khalistani movement is comprised of Sikhs who want to create an
independent homeland and became synonymous with a wave of violence
that swept across India in the 1980s, noted the Canadian Press news
service. Authorities believe Khalistani extremists were also
responsible for the Air India bombing, the worst terrorist attack in
Canadian history, which killed 329 people in 1985, CP pointed out.
Indian authorities have since cracked down on the more violent
Khalistani groups inside the country, but warned that the separatists
continue to enjoy support in Canada and other places.
Our
government looks at working with (Indian) Prime Minister Modi’s
government on dealing with and getting justice for the victims of the
organized massacres in 1984. My personal viewpoint on this is that
Canadians have a direct reason to be concerned. Prime Minister Modi
has shown leadership on this topic and we will always have the
opportunity to discuss things further.

When he ran and won in 2015 over 4000 siks left in protest because
they said he was a Khalistani Separatist.
Canada
has a large Indian diaspora, and the Sikh diaspora (estimated at over
40,000 and around 1.5 percent of the total population) has been
successful in making a mark in the political sphere. There are 17
Sikh Members of Parliament. Trudeau has four Sikh leaders in his
cabinet – Harjit Singh Sajjan (Defence Minister), Navdeep Singh
Bains (Innovation, Science and Economic Development), Bardish Chagger
(Small Businesses and Tourism) and Amarjit Singh Sohi

Should
India support Quebec separatists until Trudeau fires Harjit Sajjan
(Khalistan supporter cabinet minister)? response – Vidhu Neelam,
Chief Instructor (Hindi-Urdu Languages) at University of Colorado
Boulder (2017-present) Answered Mar 2, 2018 No. NEVER. Not with
Canada. Here we (Indians) should remember what Mahatma Gandhi and
other wiser people have said “Don’t do to others what you would
not want others to do to you.” There are other reasons too. The (so
called and Pakistan created) Khalistan movement is cold and dead.
Those who try to revive it or warm it up only axe their own feet. So
let them. Yes, with cunning and not-so-civilized or sensible
opponents like the Pakistani Establishment and the Chinese
Establishment (note that I do not say or mean people) lessons from
Mahatma Gandhi’s will not work. There we need to learn from
ChaaNkya (चाणक्य
).
We should instigate, support and assist the Sindhis, the Balochs and
the Pashtuns for independent states. After all, all separatists
movements in India are designed and engineered by the Pakistani
Establishment aka Pakistani Army, not Canada. The Maoist movements
are supported by China. Why punish Canada for something they did not
start ? They have their Sikh community to take care of and some of
them want to create Khalistan. Well..
Canadian
establishment should think : “If they (the Canadian Sikhs) are
allowed to do it to India, one day they are going to do it to Canada
as well.” How would Canada like it ? Canadians are gentle and
somewhat naive (in a good, wise way) people. We should simply warn
them what might happen to their own country if they allow or
patronize such elements and movements on their soil. **did
you catch that -all separatists movements in India are designed and
engineered by the Pakistani Establishment aka Pakistani Army, not
Canada.- this was perhaps true at one time, we need more than a

radical movement left,” Off the Cuff host Shekhar Gupta said. “So

3.
What is Khalistan? It’s the ethno-national Sikh state that members
of the separatist movement popularly known by the same name seek to
create. Militant-military conflict and political battles over the
issue dominated the 1970s and 1980s in Punjab. The most prominent
flashpoint came in 1984 with Operation Blue Star, when the Indian
Army stormed the Golden Temple in Amritsar to remove a group
associated with the movement. The military intervention was regarded
as a desecration of the holy site. Then-Congress Prime Minister
Indira Gandhi was assassinated shortly thereafter for ordering it,
and her death was followed by anti-Sikh violence that killed
thousands, most notably in the country’s capital, New Delhi.
What’s the
background? The Canada-headquartered World Sikh Organisation (WSO)
was formed in the aftermath of Operation Blue Star. Sajjan’s
father, Kundan Singh Sajjan, has been referred to in media reports as
a former member, former board member, and a member of the group’s
national executive. Gupta, the TV host, referenced the WSO in asking
Singh about Sajjan, though the minister has said he’s not a member.
Other
Canadian cabinet ministers have been targeted with Khalistan-related
insinuations. Amarjeet Sohi, the Minister of Infrastructure and
Communities, spent almost two years in prison from 1988 to 1990 after
police in the state of Bihar arrested him and falsely accused him of
being a Khalistani activist who was there to train local extremists.
And then-prime minister Stephen Harper courted controversy in the
House of Commons in 2007 by linking the Liberals’ stance on
anti-terrorism measures to Navdeep Bains, then an opposition MP and
now Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development; Bains’
father-in-law was on the RCMP’s potential witness list in
connection with the 1985 bombing of Air India Flight 182 by a terror
group linked to the Khalistan movement.
Ironically,
the Captain, in 2005, was the first, and last, Punjab chief minister
after Operation Bluestar to have ventured into Canada. Reaching out
to the sullen Sikh community, he had audaciously addressed a
gathering in a Toronto gurdwara, then in control of hot-headed
Khalistanis. A controversy ensued, but he had justified his
heart-warming gesture as a bid to win over the alienated Sikhs. In
his second stint at the helm of Punjab, Amarinder may have lost an
opportunity to reconnect with the NRIs and earn their goodwill.

In
an embarrassing blow to Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau, a large group
of Sikh Liberals in British Columbia is quitting the party, saying
Trudeau is being “manipulated” by Sikhs under the banner of
the World Sikh Organization. “We think this Liberal Party’s been
hijacked by the WSO,” said Rajinder Singh Bhela, a longtime
Liberal and former general secretary of the Ross Street Temple,
Vancouver’s largest Sikh temple. Ottawa-area Liberal nomination draws
protest “The Liberal Party, especially Justin, is in bed with
extremist and fundamental groups. That’s why I decided to leave the
Liberal Party,” said Kashmir Dhaliwal, ex-president of the
powerful Khalsa Diwan Society, founded by Sikh pioneers in 1902.
Harjit Sajjan
is the son of a veteran WSO board member, Kundan Sajjan, who led
fundamentalists in a losing battle with moderates over control of the
Ross Street Temple.
Sanghera said
Dhahan, a well-known business leader who accompanied Prime Minister
Stephen Harper’s last trade mission to India, was a popular candidate
who signed up some 4,000 new members — but was pushed out at the
urging of the WSO’s past president, Prem Vinning, a veteran Liberal
power broker in B.C. By contrast, he added, Sajjan had only 1,000 new
members and would have lost the nomination had the party leadership
not persuaded Dhahan to step aside. The WSO, said Sanghera, is not
representative of Canada’s Sikhs, but has prevailed upon Trudeau to
pick its favoured candidate. Many of the disaffected Liberals say
Trudeau is under the influence of Vinning and of Navdeep Bains, a
former Liberal MP from Brampton.

The WSO says
it’s a human rights organization that does not advocate violence. But
over its 30-year history, and into this century, it has been
controversial because of extremist positions taken by some of its
leaders and supporters. That includes the glorification of
terrorists, such as the assassins of Indian prime minister Indira
Gandhi, and casting doubt on the proven role of Sikh separatists in
the Air India bombing. One WSO leader said, in 1991, that Air India
bomb-maker Inderjit Reyat was a good friend.
Among those
now quitting the Liberals in Vancouver South is Majar Sidhu, who lost
three family members in the Air India bombing. Sidhu told CBC, “The

did the trudeau faction bring over a known extremist who was found
guilty of attempting to murder an Indian Minister in 1986 ? Jamal
Atwal has been photographed 8 times in the last 5 years with Justin.
He claims to have had personal conversations with the PM in his
vehicle. He is videoed dancing with the PM at an event. He claims
Justin calls him by his nickname…Jas. And most recently, in the
last 2 weeks was photographed with the PM’s wife and invited to dine
with them. But yeah, Justin doesn’t know the guy. However Aga Khan
was a “close family friend” even though Justin hadn’t seen
or spoke to him in decades. Is there a Liberal out there that
actually buys this?
His
alleged links with the Khalistan movement have caused diplomatic
friction with Punjab’s chief minister, Amarinder Singh.[22] Harjit
Sajjan also has faced allegations from the New Democrats that he is
“playing down his connections to the detainee controversy during
the [Afghanistan] combat mission [Medusa], where Canadians handed
over prisoners to torture by Afghan authorities.”[23]

Feds
open door to more foreign players for kabaddi PETER O’NEIL, VANCOUVER
SUN 09.28.2014 The Harper government has increased the number of
visas granted to visiting kabaddi players from India despite being
burned badly by a people-smuggling scam involving the popular sport.
The Conservatives cracked down on visitor visas for kabaddi stars
from the India’s Punjab state following an embarrassing debacle in
2011, when 100 players vanished after entering Canada as temporary
visitors to participate in summer tournaments. Visas issued for
kabaddi players were slashed from a record-smashing 670 that year to
just 56 in 2012 (of whom two claimed refugee status), and only one
last year. But now the door has opened wider. An estimated 60 to 70
were allowed into Canada during the 2014 tournament season that ended
earlier this month, according to Sukhminder Singh Pandher, a former
professional kabaddi player and president of the Surrey-based Canada
West Kabaddi Association.
Given that
the past decade has featured intermittent controversy over bringing
kabaddi athletes to Canada, Surrey-based radio talk-show host Harjit
Singh Gill said Friday that many Indo-Canadians are “disgusted”
with the government’s leaky sports-visa program. “Everybody knows
about this in the Punjab. Most of the athletes who apply to come here
to play kabaddi know they’re not going back.”

Visa’s for Canada cost $50K
The Hindustan
Times, a one-million circulation English language daily in India, is
among the publications that have reported Canada’s kabaddi-player
visa program is often supported by Canadian politicians as a
vote-getter, since several thousand fans often show up to enjoy each
game. Many have loosely compared kabaddi to a combination of
wrestling and rugby, featuring frequent dislocated joints or broken
bones.

Diaspora across the globe have denounced the diktat issued by fringes
of Canada, UK, and few other countries, seeking a ban on Indian
diplomats’ entry in gurudwaras.Punjabi media channels in UK and
Canada have repeatedly condemned the move on various debates and
discussion platforms, calling it a part of a bigger and nefarious
plot created and shaped in territory of Pakistan. One such broadcast
on a Canadian radio station underscored and exposed the vested
interests of such people who are working on the payrolls of
Islamabad, and educated people about the Indian government, which has
never interfered and undermined any religion in history. Islamabad,
for years, has been waging a multi-pronged proxy war against India
and pumped in a huge amount of money to keep anti-India conspiracies
floating. It has perennially been instructing and funding anti-India
elements across various countries to stoke an anti-India sentiment
and damage its reputation globally. However, it has failed miserably
every single time as the vigilant Sikh diaspora has sensed its
diabolic intentions. Reasonable political and religious voices across
the community have asked people to remain cautious and asked them to
not give any attention to these hate mongers. Islamabad has
repeatedly attempted to revive the secessionist movement of Khalistan
and has roped in those Sikh leaders in its anti-India designs who
have nothing to do with India. A bankrupt nation plagued by the
internal socio-economic problems is paying no attention to its
existing problems but has invested huge amounts in planning and
infrastructure to break India’s sovereignty through proxy wars.

Terrorism
in Punjab has, on occasion, been projected as a natural consequence
of the unfulfilled collective aspirations of the Sikhs, as “an
idealistic movement for the creation of a state… among the Sikhs of
the Punjab”.5 The fact, however, is that the movement for
Khalistan was created out of a pattern of venal politics, of
unscrupulous and bloody manipulation, and a brazen jockeying for
power that is too well documented to be repeated. It will suffice to
state here that each of the major political players in the state and
the national arena participated in the creation of this calamity, and
the Congress (I) and the Akali Dal were the most culpable
formations.6 This, indeed, was the first stage where a pernicious
pattern of political intervention contributed, not to the resolution,
but to the creation and nurturing of terrorism. Nor indeed, were any
‘Sikh aspirations’ involved in the movement for Khalistan. Far
from being a revolution against ‘oppression’, this was actually a
rebellion of a privileged quasi-feudal caste-based orthodoxy that saw
its privileges shrinking. It was, moreover, entirely unconnected with
any element or principle of Sikhism, and was based, rather, on a
corruption and perversion of everything that Sikhism has historically
represented. In it, “the institutions of the Sikhs, both
religious and political, …[were]… hijacked by a small clique, a
self-interested oligarchy, representing a particular ethnic cluster,
a small endogamous segment of Punjab’s social fabric; a narrow
caste group that…[sought]… to define Sikhism and Sikh identity in
terms of its own constricted vision.”7https://www.satp.org/satporgtp/publication/faultlines/volume1/Fault1-kpstext.htmlots

Canada. Nijjar was arrested in April 2018 by the Canadian Police

listed Khalistani extremism among the terror threats facing the
country. A 2018 Public Report on the Terrorism Threat to Canada had
said that the country is facing threat from growing Khalistani
extremism in the country. In the reference to Khalistani extremism,
the report stated; “Some individuals in Canada continue to support
Sikh (Khalistani) extremist ideologies and movements.” Nijjar, who
is also accused of target killings in India and conducting weapons
training for the anti-India terrorists in the west, is close to the
legal advisor of secessionist organization Sikhs For Justice,
Gurpatwant Singh Pannun. Pannun was also Nijjar’s legal
representative when he was arrested by the Canadian police. Nijjar’s
appointment reflects that Khalistani extremists are taking charge of
gurdwaras in Canada and running the campaign for a separate Sikh

Hidden Shame (Full Documentary) – Real StoriesIn towns and cities
across Pakistan, tens of thousands of vulnerable young boys have
become the victims of paedophile predators who seem to have nothing
to fear from the law. It’s an open secret that few acknowledge
publicly and even fewer want to do anything about. In a society where
women are hidden from view and young girls deemed untouchable, the
bus stations, truck stops and alleyways have become the hunting
ground for perverted men to prey on the innocent. In one survey
alone, 95% of truck drivers admitted having sex with boys was their
favourite entertainment. At the main bus terminal in Peshawar, a
makeshift hostel for drivers passing through is set up every evening
with around twenty beds lying side by side. Some are occupied by men,
some by boys, and some by both. Most boys have been procured by
hostel owners like Hassan Deen: “When a kid is wandering the
streets alone, we lure him in by telling him we’ll give him some
food and a place to stay. Then we pass them on to the drivers.” In
return for a pittance, the men can have sex with as many boys as they
desire. Pedestrians stroll by as though nothing is amiss and police
say they’re too busy fighting terrorists to have time for the
children. Forever damaged and with no hope, many of the boys turn to
drugs to numb the pain and sorrow. One of the boys we feature is
13-year-old Naeem. Having been gang-raped by four men when he was
just 10, Naeem is now a child prostitute and abuser of younger boys
himself. As he says: “Sometimes I wish I’d never been born.”

Dhaks, Duhres, Grewals and several more. These groups are still
active and notorious in Vancouver and have been since the early to
mid 90s. They have been linked to the Independent Soldiers (IS), Red
Scorpions, Lotus Triads, Hells Angels, and the United Nations gang in
Canada although several members of the Independent Soldiers can also
be grouped as part of the mafia as well. Bindy Johal was accepted
into the Punjabi Mafia in the early 1990s most likely through Ranjit
Singh Cheema or Ron Dosanjh. Ranjit Singh Cheema and Ron Dosanjh were
among the few who had full control of the criminal organization.
According to Johal’s former lieutenant Bal Buttar, Punjabi Mafia
hitmen claimed contracts in B.C. They are responsible for dozens of
murders in Canada in the 90s alone and the majority of those murders
still remain unsolved. Buttar admitted to performing several
executions alongside Bindy, as well as the unsuccessful attempt to
kill Johal’s associate and former brother-in-law, Peter Gill.
However, Buttar was shocked when Bindy said he wanted his own cousin
killed. “I thought this guy was kidding but he was actually
being serious, he wanted to take him out.” Buttar was suspected
of being behind the hit on Robbie Kandola outside his Coal Harbour
penthouse. He believed Kandola was the one responsible for
his younger
brother’s death. He is also suspected to be the one behind Bindy’s
death. It is still up for debate whether he was killed because Bal
feared Bindy would kill him or because Ranj and other major players
turned on him. Johal was earning approximately $70,000-$90,000 a week
in his prime through various illegal activities including murder for
hire, debt collecting, and drug dealing. He was also affiliated to
the Buttar brothers who were well known across the lower mainland for
their brutal gangland slayings. A man named Randy Chan was kidnapped
on October 25, 1996 and Johal was charged with his kidnapping.
Reportedly Chan had sold “diluted” cocaine to Roman Mann,
one of Johal’s associates. Chan was allegedly held captive for 50 or
56 hours, part of which was spent in an automobile truck. Johal
negotiated Chan’s release with his brother in exchange for five kilos
of cocaine. Chan’s brother was Raymond Chan, a gang member of the
Chinese criminal organization called the “Lotus”
Johal’s Death
—————— On December 20, 1998, Johal was dancing at the
Palladium nightclub in Vancouver when he was shot from behind at 4:30
a.m. No witnesses were able to describe the assailant. Four months
prior to Johal’s death, “at least four of Johal’s associates had
also been killed”. In 2004, before he died, Bal Buttar told a
reporter that he ordered the assassination of Johal, fearing that if
he didn’t do it, Johal would have had him murdered. Buttar was not
convicted in the murder of Johal. Johal was identified as one of the
individuals in the Indo-Canadian community who sought criminal
activity as a means of fast success and money, a glamorized lifestyle
and to curb racial discrimination and abuse: “Why do you think
Bindy Johal was a hero to many young Indo-Canadians? His legend had
spread wide in the past few years among Indians not only here but
also in Toronto and Montreal, New York and San Francisco. He stood up
to his school principals, he beat up those who called him racial
names — and he was making a lot of money. Kash Heed, commanding
officer of the 3rd Police District in Vancouver, stated that it was
really disappointing that someone as bright and intelligent as Johal
would turn to a life of crime. He added that young people who want to
emulate gangsters like Bindy see the benefits of being a criminal,
but do not see the danger of putting their lives at risk. It was
reported that shortly before his death Johal had said that he was
going to get married

David Pugliese, Ottawa Citizen Updated: November 13, 2018 Re-printed without permission.
Conservative MPs last week peppered Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan with questions about the now infamous December 2017 Canadian Forces “Team Canada” tour.
The tour, with VIPs who were supposed to boost the morale of military personnel deployed overseas, turned into a fiasco. Some VIPs on the RCAF flight to Greece and Latvia were drunk and abusive to the crew, in particular the military flight attendants. The VIP civilian passengers, including former NHL player Dave “Tiger” Williams were exempt from security screening before the flight, and some — already drunk — walked on to the Canadian Forces aircraft with open alcoholic drinks in their hands.
Two individuals were so drunk they were reported to have urinated themselves. Video taken aboard the plane showed people — including a staff member from Chief of the Defence Staff Gen. Jon Vance’s office — dancing in the aisles of the aircraft with their drinks as a rock band played at the back of the plane. Others chewed tobacco, in violation of Canadian Forces rules, spitting the slimy juice into cups for flight attendants to clean up.
The crew felt they couldn’t do anything to put a halt to the antics as these very important people were Vance’s guests. Some military personnel have labelled the fiasco the “party flight” while some in the RCAF refer to the Dec. 2-3 2017 incident as the “Mardi Gras at 34,000 feet.”
Williams has been charged with sex assault and assault. He denies the charges. The alleged victim is a military flight attendant.
The $337,000 taxpayer-funded trip was planned by Vance’s office. Vance okayed the booze on the RCAF aircraft.

Lest we forget it was during the reign of Stephen Harper that the Canadian International Council (CIC) gave George Soros the “Globalist of the Year Award”. A council that is staffed with former Chretien, Harper and United Nations enthusiasts! Yes, the Atlantic Council is a den of vipers and they have now entrenched themselves into the Albertan battle cry for separation and Wexit is their poison!
Peter Downing, the figurehead of the Wexit movement is not being upfront about his past. There’s a throwaway going on for obvious reasons. We had a sneaking suspicion about this Peter Downing character who is leading the Wexit movement and owns all the Wexit pages and sites. So CIN decided to do some digging. It’s well known that he is a former RCMP officer, a former soldier, and politician. (1) But who funds him and his Wexit Movement?
Peter Downing’s Criminal Past:
Research revealed that he has a criminal past. The following article has since been deleted from its original web page but CIN managed to recover it:
“As the RCMP commissioner pledges to streamline the force’s disciplinary process, a former St. Albert officer has been off the job, with pay, for nearly two years, despite a criminal conviction, disciplinary charges and a memo questioning his reliability on the stand. Even with all those apparent black marks, the force has raised the possibility of a departure with an extended severance, funding for his education and a clean service record. The officer, Const. Peter Downing, worked in both St. Albert and Morinville and remains on administrative leave after a lengthy suspension related to criminal charges of uttering threats. Downing was convicted of those charges last summer and last month lost an appeal.” (2)
Extended severance, paid education, and a clean service record for a convicted felon? Does Peter Downing have inside connections? The author of this article is listed as Ryan Tumilty. He’s now working for CBC, but was working for the St Albert Gazette when he wrote this. A tweet from 2015 validates this article and puts some of the pieces together: (3)
Peter Downing’s ties to Christian Heritage Party & Neo-Nazi:
Peter Downing was a Christian Heritage Party candidate in the 2015 Federal Election; a party which openly campaigns for enacting repressive and radical Christian doctrine as federal law. On September 14, 2015 he wrote Mayor Neeshi to protest the firing of a Calgary City bus driver: (4)
” Hello Mr. Nenshi. I am sure you are by this point undoubtedly aware of the case of Jesse Rau: The Christian Bus driver, who was terminated by Calgary Transit for his public protest over feeling pressured by his municipal government employer to participate in driving a city bus that had been decorated in support of your city’s LGBT celebrations, which he genuinely felt violated his religious conscience. “
But according to Calgary Transit Jesse Rau had not being terminated because he refused to drive a city bus decorated for the Gay Pride Parade but rather because he posted Nazi-related comments and graphics on his facebook account while representing himself as an employee of Calgary Transit: (5)
” City officials said in their termination letter that Rau, who was still on probation, was losing his job for breaching the city’s code of conduct and media relations policy. The termination letter, which Rau distributed to media on Friday, pointed out that Rau had never been asked to operate the Pride bus and was specifically advised he would not be assigned to it.”
“The letter also says Rau falsely accused the city of fabricating a driving complaint against him in order to “sabotage” him. It also says he posted “Nazi-related content” to Facebook, where he identified himself as a bus driver. Rau said one of the photos depicted a Nazi shooting a Jew, who was holding a child, in the back. “They didn’t understand the photo,” he said. “I believe we’re losing our freedoms in the West.”
It looks like the present-day Christian Heritage Party has retained it’s Neo-Nazi ideology that it had when it was a member of Stephen Harper’s Northern Foundation. (6)(7) It’s not surprising since many Christian Heritage Party candidates have also been part of conservative-libertarian “Reform Party” that share similar political beliefs as the “Old” Reform Party that merged into the current CPC Party. (7)(8)(9)
What is also unusual about this story is not only the attempted cover-up of a racist act that the vast majority of Canadians would find offensive, but that Peter Downing wrote this letter to the Calgary Mayor the very same day he started fundraising for himself in his riding of Edmonton Mill Woods? An ethnically diverse riding that was being sought by Liberal MP Amarjeet Sohi; and a highly contested riding that would put the social Liberals on the map in Alberta.(10)
Did this media exposure, both on MSM and social media, where thousands responded against this hate propaganda, help to catapult Amarjeet Sohi into a riding win for the Liberals? A few months before the 2019 federal election, Peter Downing made the news again when he clashed with a nudist cyclists group in Edmonton. Is Peter Downing the alt-right vehicle of hate propaganda to stir up more anti-socialist, separatist sentiment in Alberta? (11) What we do know is that his billboard signs advocate for civil war in Canada.(24)
Jesse Rau was also running for the Christian Heritage Party in the Calgary Signal Hill Riding in 2015 (12) and in 2017 he posted a You Tube video about his truck being vandalized by ANTIFA; he can be seen sporting brass knuckles while advertising how his church can help teach people how to “be men.”(13)
The amount of support Wexit is getting is even crazier. It’s main Facebook page has jumped to more than a quarter-million members since the 2019 Federal Election—a large number of members are leaving xenophobic rants, anti-socialist diatribes, baseless conspiratorial assertions, and calls for extreme violence, including murder, against their opposition in the comments sections; a few even call for the murder of Prime Minister Justin Trudeau.(14) Is this group intentionally making all Christians look bad? (15)
On November 4 2019, a few days after he hosted a Wexit rally in Edmonton wearing a blue ‘Make Alberta Great Again’ hat, Peter Downing filed paperwork with Elections Canada to certify ‘Wexit Alberta‘ as a federal party .(16)(17)
Downing’s rallies feature the Canadian flag hung upside down and promises to kick Newfoundlanders and Maritimers out of the oil patch. In his Wexit utopia, oil jobs will be reserved for bona fide Albertans only.(18)
Make no mistake, this man is no Trump, but rather a fake anti-Trump who promotes divisive politics by stirring up anger and aggression with racist rants. His goal is not sovereignty for Alberta but rather to lay down the foundation for Agenda 2030; an escalation in violence which will lead to a militarized state and the loss of personal liberty. Alberta should instead, change the politicians that led them into this predicament in the first place; start in your constituency office and eliminate any and all politicians with connections to the Harper government, the Liberal and NDP parties and to Quebec, including Jason Kenney. Instead of rebellion, drain the swamp. Don’t destroy your province!
Does Peter Downing Have Connections to the CPC?
A link from the Christ Church site lead us to this information which we believe to be Peter Downing’s military service information. If this is accurate, he was a Captain in the JSF (Joint Strike Force) @1wing HQ in Kingston: (19)
CIN is not certain if this is indeed the same Peter Downing. On pages 136 to 149 there are letters/communications with Doug Griffiths, Vic Toews, Peter MacKay and Stephen Harper, indicating that they know each other and worked together. It’s just odd to see Downing’s name in the same document as these CPC members? What is important to note is that the Wexit group currently has support from some of Jason Kenney’s former Ottawa colleagues.(20) How many more will join Wexit?
Peter Downing and the United Nations:
The Wexit Movement is also seeking help from the United Nations. This is an odd alliance since many Wexiters are opposed to the United Nations Global Compact on Migration. Peter Downing also wants a referendum about bringing the UN into the Wexit fold. He said an independent country in the middle of the Prairies could take advantage of the United Nations Convention on the Right to Sea to gain access to a pipeline: (21)
“As an independent country, we have more freedom to channel our resources on the coast than in Canada,” he said after the election. We will have the best of both worlds: we will keep our money and we will have access to the coast. ”
What Downing is NOT telling Albertans is that the United Nations Convention, adopted in 1982, states that landlocked states “enjoy freedom of transit through the territory of transit States by any means of transport”. However, the conditions of transit must be agreed upon between the landlocked States (e.g. Alberta) and the transit States (e.g. Canada) through bilateral or regional agreements and that States of transit have the right to protect their legitimate interests; these rights are not absolute and a possible independent country would have to talk to the other state, which would be Canada. Furthermore, the “means of transport” referred to in the Convention are railways, waterways, and roads and the treaty specifies that landlocked and transit States will have to agree to add pipelines to this list.(21)
The BC government has already shown resistance to the Trans Mountain Pipeline expansion making a transit agreement all the more unlikely. Even if an agreement could be reached, there is no mechanism of enforcement should the parties later disagree. For instance, in the 19th century, Bolivia lost access to the ocean following a war with Chile. The International Court of Justice in the Hague decide that Chile was not obligated to enter into talks with Bolivia.(21) So how far can Wexit proceed without Canada? And why is Downing misleading Albertans?
Who is Funding Wexit?
While Wexit’s founders are hell bent on establishing the narrative that they’re an anti-globalist party from the west, it should come as no surprise that Peter Downing and co. are, as of late, re-posting corporate news articles written by Diane Francis to their social media. Francis is their biggest supporter in the east.(15)
Francis is an American-born propagandist who has been the editor of Canada’s National Post magazine since the late 90’s. National Post became a subsidiary of the US owned PostMedia during PM Stephen Harper’s government . The Americans put a Canadian face on the deal by selecting Paul Godfrey, 77, as Postmedia’s CEO. Not by coincidence, Godfrey is also a diehard Tory. Diane Francis also sits on the board of the Atlantic Council, a well-known globalist outfit. Despite these obvious ties to globalism, the team at Wexit has absolutely no qualms about having her cheerlead and endorse their cause.
The Atlantic Council is a Ukrainian-tied globalist organization known for interfering in the electoral process throughout the Americas and Europe.(25)(26) To give you an idea, it was the Atlantic Council which founded CrowdStrike, the firm used to cover up the source of the DNC/Clinton email leaks after the US’s 2016 Presidential Election (27), in turn blaming Russian hackers for the data leak.(28)
The Atlantic Council, a US-based globalist swamp think tank which was formed in 1961 which is behind the latest impeachment coup against Donald Trump. It is an organization that brings together George Soros, the Clintons, leading defense contractors, a powerful lobbying firms along with notoriously biased media outlets such as CNN and Reuters, all under the same umbrella!(29) The Council is funded by and partners with Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company that paid Joe Biden’s son Hunter $83,000 a month to serve as a consultant. (29)
George Soros is a major financier of the Atlantic Council (30)(31), which has been behind the dis-information campaign manufacturing consent for escalations against Russia.(32) Russia has listed the Atlantic Council and George Soros “Open Society Foundation” as a security threat and they are both set to be banned from Russia.(33)
Yes my dear friends in Alberta, Wexit is nothing but a Globalist propaganda machine aligned with George Soros!
The Atlantic Council recently congratulated George Soros for the 17,000 “Civil Society” projects he is doing in the Ukraine.(34)
Are we surprised fellow Albertans? Lest we forget it was during the reign of Stephen Harper that the Canadian International Council (CIC) gave George Soros the “Globalist of the Year Award”.(35) A council that is staffed with former Chretien, Harper and United Nations enthusiasts! Yes, the Atlantic Council is a den of vipers and they have now entrenched themselves into the Albertan battle cry for separation and Wexit is their poison!(36)
