Please note: This article is not confirming that Frank Giustra is involved in Pizzagate or pedophilia; it is simply compiling evidence that others have documented to substantiate this claim.

Frank Giustra is extremely offended to be associated with Pizzagate! He drew international attention to himself by launching a lawsuit against Twitter, claiming that bad internet people called him a pedophile (2). What’s worse for Giustra though, is that Pizzagate has never been debunked! The Wikipedia Pizzagate page was examined to determine the validity of the sources and the disclosed information (3). It was established that there was never a formal investigation conducted by any law enforcement group to debunk the existence of Pizzagate. It was also determined that the article contains some dubious sources.

To be clear, Pizzagate is not one restaurant or one basement, nor is it one location; it is years of compiled evidence pointing to a group of powerful individuals engaged in highly suspicious behaviour involving child pornography and child sex-trafficking. They are not hiding anything, which is why it’s on display everywhere; they want us to see their “art” and hear their “music”. This is because they want to create victims out of everyone by shocking people; do not be fooled and go searching for anything traumatic! It is there, and it is sick. The evidence has all been documented and archived by many different sources. Authorities have made lame attempts to explain these away, as well as attack innocent researchers, while the real criminals have been portrayed as victims. Who is protecting them?

Frank Giustra’s Apparent Ties to Pizzagate

The Clinton Foundation and the Podesta Group:

Why has Frank Giustra been associated with Pizzagate? To start, Giustra’s name is very much attached to the Clinton Foundation and he has a deep-rooted relationships with the Clintons (22). Secondly, Guistra is not only one of the largest contributors to the foundation, but he has also been a board member since 2013 (23), and it would be very unlikely that someone that close to the Clintons would not know what was going on. In addition, Guistra was included in the Podesta emails 57 times, mostly in relation to obvious damage control that the Clintons were forced into by the Uranium One scandal (24)(25). However we do suspect that Giustra has a good relationship with the Podesta Group, who represented Giustra’s company during the pending sale of Uranium One, and tried to advance the transaction (26)(27)(28). Giustra obviously trusted the Podestas, and trust can generally only be earned after getting to know someone really well.

The Radcliffe Foundation:

On November 22, 2007, Wikileaks released an unclassified FBI document that outlines symbols that are known to be used by pedophiles to indicate their sexual preference for children (29). This document has been widely circulated, and many news outlets ran with stories warning parents to look out for these symbols (30)(31)(32). Frank Giustra’s Radcliffe Foundation openly used the symbol for “Boy Love” in promotional pictures on their website advertising the The Elpída Home for Refugees (33), and it was the logo also used on their Facebook page (34)! This logo is possibly the most incriminating aspect of Giustra’s affiliation with Pizzagate. These images were discussed in Ben Swann’s CBS coverage of the topic (35).

Radcliffe Foundation searches now redirect to The Giustra Foundation, but the ElPida refugee home still operates (38). Their website says that it was founded in 2016 by Amed Khan, a long-time Clinton aide (39), and an archived version of the Radcliffe Foundation’s website indicates that Giustra assisted in “finalizing the paperwork (40)” and is listed as the founding donor (41). Frank seems to be very interested in “assisting” at-risk children and is also involved in many other child-related initiatives, such as his trip to Haiti with Bill Clinton to help low-income children (42)(43)(44), his Boys Club Network in Vancouver, and his work with the Libra Group. (45)(78 ). How does someone focusing on helping vulnerable children not know these codes?

222 Pizza Express Corp:

Pizzagate researchers have regarded the existence of an old shell company called “222 Pizza Express” that Giustra and his partners turned into a mining company as suspicious. Pedophiles use the code word “pizza” but what is odd in this case is that it seems to have been used for a mining-related shell company rather than a restaurant (46)(47)(48). This is the same company that got Ian Telfer, Giustra’s business partner, in trouble when he secretly offered shares of it to Eda Marie Agueci of GMP Securities (49).

In addition, the numbers “222” have been historically linked to child actors Corey Haim and Corey Feldman, who were known to have been sexually abused when they were working in the Hollywood industry (50)(51). Feldman has proven himself to be a fraud, and has been profiting from a young Canadian white boy’s suffering for decades (80).

However, Haim did famously wore a necklace with those numbers on it (81). The urban dictionary uses “222” in reference to a room for illicit sex: “Let’s get us an ol’ 222 for these girls we are meeting tonight (53).” Is 222 code for sexual abuse in the Hollywood film industry?

Hollywood:

The entertainment industry has been plagued for almost a century by scandal after scandal in relation to sexual abuse or misconduct (69). A February, 2018 report issued after surveying 843 women working in entertainment revealed that a staggering 94% of them have experienced or witnessed sexual harassment or abuse, which many time goes unreported (70). Why is this industry so plagued by these kinds of allegations?

Hollywood has always been a highly sexed town full of attractive young people with plenty of money or needing plenty of money. The idea of hitting it big in Hollywood has always been a powerful draw, and young innocents from all over America and the world flocked to the West Coast from 1915 onwards. Once there starstruck young hopefuls fell prey to established actors, agents, directors and producers who promised a big break in exchange for their souls or bodies. Tragedy was often the result and the situation was ripe for scandal.

Speaking of which, Giustra is also heavily involved in the entertainment industry, being the founder of Lionsgate Entertainment and Sea to Sky Entertainment, a joint venture between Lionsgate and Thunderbird Films, where he is a director and board-member. Lionsgate and Thunderbird were involved with many other acquisitions and mergers (54)(55). Lionsgate has been known for producing or distributing movies that are too controversial for other American film studios, such as American Psycho (56). It also distributed an extremely disturbing movie, Lolita, in which a man marries a woman in order to seduce her 14-year-old daughter. Lionsgate also distributed other movies involving older men and young girls, and was the producer for Buffalo ‘66 and The Moth Diaries, which both have similar themes (73). Lolita is listed by IMDB as #1 and #2 for movies about pedophilia (56).

Harvey Weinstein, of “Weinstein effect” fame, collaborated with Lionsgate several times (71 )(72). They also shared a scandal when Andrew Kramer left The Weinstein Company to join Lionsgate as Chief Operating Officer, only to leave the industry in disgrace after being accused of sexual harassment. Despite a senior official witnessing the event, the result of the investigation was that it was “inconclusive (74).” Either way, considering the climate of the Hollywood industry and some of these connections, does Giustra have a “casting couch” too?

With people like Harvey Weinstein and Jeffrey Epstein (who didn’t kill himself) getting caught for sex-related crimes, it is clear that there are powerful people engaging in these kinds of activities, especially since the FBI released the Finders document. Now we know that there was a Lolita Express that transported many powerful individuals , like Bill Clinton, to Epstein’s island (58). We also know that Frank Giustra has his own luxury private jet that Bill seems to love riding around in (76). Did Giustra’s plane ever touch down on Epstein’s island? Epstein was, after all, a Clinton Foundation donor and once claimed to be a founder (75).

Of course, Pizzagate can’t be discussed without speaking about the Podesta Wikileaks emails (79). Hillary Clinton herself acknowledged that the leaks are not fake (4). As many people already know, there are many discussions and food-related references that just don’t make sense. Hot dogs, pizza, walnuts, ice cream, cheese, and other food items are possibly related to the abuse of children. On Reddit, someone posted a list of code words that apparently refer to such abuse (5). We can be sure that at least “pizza” and especially “cheese pizza” are indeed code words (6), since people have actually been caught using these references when seeking child porn (7)(8)(9). Why is it that other individuals are getting caught and arrested after using these codes, yet the Podestas, the Clintons, and James Alefantis are still walking free? Could it be that these influential people are exempt from legal scrutiny and recourse? The following video, released almost 3 years ago, is an excellent summary of the Podesta emails and related incidents (63). And yes, John Podesta is really into aliens (64)(65).

In 2018, after Anthony Wiener’s laptop was seized, the U.S. Inspector General released a report confirming that James Comey, then Director of the FBI, was indeed briefed on the contents of the laptop (10). After a year of investigation, the FBI determined that Clinton was careless with the emails but would not be prosecuted for any crimes. However, they failed to mention the emails related to the abuse of children, as was reported by the Inspector General (11). The same thing happened again in October 2019 with the release of yet another report (59). Perhaps an investigation into what happened to the NYPD officers who were investigating the emails on Weiner’s laptop is in order (60). He shared that laptop with his wife at the time, Huma Abedin, Hillary’s most cherished aide (61)(62).

This appears to not be the first time allegations of sexual abuse were swept under the rug by high-ranking U.S. officials, and involves the DC Metropolitan Police once again. Looks like they had some practice before Pizzagate came along (3)! On October 25, 2019, the FBI released a declassified document confirming what people have been saying for decades: that the government failed to prosecute members of a cult called “The Finders” after evidence was found of child sexual abuse, torture, and satanic rituals (66)(67)(68).

There are other people who have been arrested on child pornography charges after using the word “pizza” as a code for it. A man who called himself “Dr.Pizza” has been arrested after making fun of Pizzagate researchers, and there were other men who harassed Mike Cernovich who were also caught with child pornography (12). Could it be that the more someone vehemently denies the existence of these kinds of things, the more likely they might be involved with it?

In Canada, there was even a Pizzagate-type incident in Newfoundland, except in this instance the police actually investigated the allegations, leading to “Operation Rescue (13).” Admitting that these arrests were only the tip of the iceberg, police have stated that their investigation will continue outside of the province should there be evidence that child pornographic material was distributed over the Internet. Perhaps the United States should call in the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary for help.

James Alefantis, the owner of the Comet Ping Pong pizzeria associated with Pizzagate, has openly admitted that an Instagram account full of images and ideas linked to child abuse was in fact his account and he did not dispute that he posted those images (14)(15)(16). In the Podesta emails there are several indications that this pedophile ring did not just take place in the basement of a pizzeria (17); many different locations were discussed. The basement has just been a distraction! For example, one disturbing email from Tamera Luzzatto indicated that something was going to take place in a pool with three children for the adults’ entertainment. Did anyone ever say there was a pool at Comet?

Alefantis drew even more attention to himself when he openly threatened Pizzagate researcher Ryan O’Neal, after O’Neal attempted to reach out to him for an interview. That didn’t go over too well with Mr. JimmyComet! Alefantis threatened to kill O’Neal multiple times, along with his mother, girlfriend, and son, and it was all caught in a series of text messages (18). No matter what you think about Pizzagate, Alefantis definitely appears to be a disturbed individual! At one point he even says, “Everything they say about me is true, except I don’t like kids.” This is rather ironic since his restaurant is advertised as being family-friendly, and apparently there are many kids that can be found there at any given time (19).

The longer people take to realize that pedophilia is far more prevalent in society and the longer we wait to take action, the more children will fall into the hands of people who want to hurt them. People must wake up and realize that there is real evil in this world, and that we have a responsibility to protect our most vulnerable! What can we do to stop this madness?

This is part two of the Frank Giustra series.

In Frank Giustra’s 2019 lawsuit against Twitter, covered in a previous article (1), two of his specific complaints were that he was labeled a pedophile and involved in Pizzagate (2). Since he is bringing this up himself, it is necessary to explore exactly why Giustra was accused of these things. Did people just randomly decide to call him a pedophile? Was there any evidence of his involvement with Pizzagate? Why did anyone say these terrible things about poor Frank? To find out, it is first necessary to examine Pizzagate to determine if it really has been proven false.

In almost every reference to Pizzagate in the media, words like “debunked”, “conspiracy”, and “fake” are smeared everywhere, including on Wikipedia. On their Pizzagate page (3), the answers in the FAQ section stress that they must only use information from “reliable sources”, and not anything that is original research (4). That sounds great, but only if you use actual reliable sources. This article uses Snopes as one of the main references, which seems to not be reliable at all (5)(6)(7)(8)! Does this error apply to their other sources? The Washington Post, perhaps? The New York Times?

Next, there is Wikipedia itself.

You can just search Wikipedia to learn that Wikipedia is unreliable, especially if the subject is contentious (9)(10):

Wikipedia is not a reliable source. Wikipedia can be edited by anyone at any time. This means that any information it contains at any particular time could be vandalism, a work in progress, or just plain wrong. Biographies of living persons, subjects that happen to be in the news, and politically or culturally contentious topics are especially vulnerable to these issues. Edits on Wikipedia that are in error may eventually be fixed. However, because Wikipedia is a volunteer run project, it cannot monitor every contribution all of the time. There are many errors that remain unnoticed for days, weeks, months, or even years. Therefore, Wikipedia should not be considered a definitive source in and of itself.

It’s not just Wikipedia that can tell you that it’s not reliable, there are many other sources that also confirm that fact (11)(12). This is not to say that everything on Wikipedia is wrong, it just means that it should be looked at as a starting point for more research. While it is true that certain pages require approval for edits, such as the Pizzagate page, this does not mean that the people who can access it are neutral and may be biased (13). Many are very critical and angry at any hint of credibility about the topic (14)(15). Do these people have an agenda?

Unfortunately, since many people still consider Wikipedia to be reliable in itself, the claims against Pizzagate must be examined. The article begins with a sweeping sentence stating that Pizzagate has been “widely discredited by multiple sources.” Meanwhile, upon careful inspection, it was discovered that out of the 91 references in the article, 68% of them rely on only five sources: The New York Times (26%), The Washington Post (21%), Snopes (9%), PolitiFact (7%), and NPR (5%). Others do not include sources at all or are barely related and attack Donald Trump instead. Snopes, as already mentioned, is not credible, but what about the other sources?

The New York Times article (16), widely referenced throughout the media to discredit Pizzagate, is a complete joke (17)(18)(19). It begins with two opening sentences, in which the reader is informed multiple times that the theory is false, without providing a shred of evidence as to why. The article then moves on to a numbered list, a timeline of sorts, detailing how Pizzagate came to be. The first five points seem on track but are extremely simplified, but then at the sixth point, suddenly from out of nowhere, everything becomes fake! Perhaps it seemed like a good place to just drop it in there without any evidence or examples. The list then of course, goes into the gunman incident, which does not debunk anything at all, whether it was a “false flag” or not.

We are then told in the article that the “the police refuted the claim.” Did the police really refute the claim? Their statement indeed calls Pizzagate “fictitious (20)”, but did they actually perform an investigation to come to that conclusion? Unfortunately, they did no such thing. That conclusion was made without any investigation, a fact confirmed after Brian Richmond from Afterhours Podcast (24) filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. He obtained proof that there never was any investigation conducted to back up the claim that the theory is fiction (21)! After attempting to update the article with this new information, a Wikipedia editor was denied the ability to add in the results of the FOIA request (22). To this day, the lie is just sitting there to fool the masses. Also, the “secret signage” that the article refers to is not secret at all, since it actually comes from a declassified FBI document (23).

It is interesting to note that former BBC Director-General, Mark Thompson, is now the CEO of the New York Times (26). Shortly before beginning his new job at the Times, Thompson was accused of lying about his role in the apparent cover-up by BBC relating to pedophile Jimmy Savile’s decades of abuse, involving hundreds of underage girls and boys, while he working for the organization. Apparently, many of the assaults took place at Savile’s dressing room at the BBC. Thompson was accused of playing a role in the decision to not air an exposé about Savile that was to appear on BBC’s Newsnight. Of course he maintains he didn’t know anything about anything despite evidence to the contrary (27)(28)(29)(30)(31)(32).

In her article about Thompson, “Mark Thompson: From Pedophile Cover-Up to the New York Times”, Dr. Lori Handrahan had this to say (33):

As long as Mark Thompson holds the Old Gray Lady’s reins all the news that’s fit to print may not include exposing elite pedophile rings. It didn’t at BBC under Thompson’s leadership and there is no reason to believe this has changed.

The next most cited source for the Wikipedia article is The Washington Post, which again, is not a reliable source according to many (34)(35)(36)(37)(38)(39). The owner of the Washington Post is Jeff Bezos, the founder of Amazon. He has been involved in sex-related scandals too! He has also been accused of having questionable ties with the CIA (40). He was one of the main people involved in the Harvey Wenistein debacle after actress Rose McGowan called him out for defending Weinstein (41), and he was involved in another huge scandal involving sexual selfies (42):

It’s a made-for-tabloid-news scandal and then some, involving the world’s richest man, Jeff Bezos, and one of America’s most notorious publications, with links thrown in to President Donald Trump and the Saudi royal family, plus the most expensive divorce in history and — what else — sexual selfies.

It seems highly unlikely that Bezos does not know what’s going on in his newspaper, just like Thompson and the BBC! The media wants to make sure it can’t be known just as Pizzagate anymore. Now it is named “the false, fake, wrong, malicious, debunked Pizzagate conspiracy theory”. Falseness must be further asserted at least once per paragraph, and there must be mention of “alt-right”, “nazi”, “white supremacist”, or Donald Trump. There can’t be a shadow of a doubt, in case someone actually starts to think about what they are reading for themselves!

The other two sources from the Wikipedia article are Politifact and NPR (4 3)(44). PolitiFact is believed by many to be false or biased (45)(46)(47)(48), which also seems to be the case with NPR (49)(50)(51)(52).

One of the only sources on mainstream media with fair Pizzagate coverage was by journalist Benn Swann of Atlanta’s CBS affiliate station (53). Although corporate tried to distance themselves, CBS is generally considered trustworthy (54). Even though Swann repeatedly said he was not accusing anyone of a crime, he got blacklisted anyway (55)! It was likely because he discussed the lack of investigation and the usage of pedophile symbolism. This is where Frank Giustra enters the picture!

We don’t have to prove Pizzagate is real, we have to prove that the evidence is real.

This is part one of the Frank Giustra series.

In April 2019, Canada’s billionaire mining entrepreneur and philanthropist Frank Giustra launched a lawsuit against the social media giant Twitter for defamation, claiming that he had been harassed on the platform since February 2015 (1). In his submission, Giustra professes to have had a squeaky-clean reputation before a handful of tweets tarnished his image. Among other things, he believes that he was vilified during the 2016 presidential election due to his ties with the Clinton Foundation, which itself has been plagued with reports of corruption for decades (2)(3). He also mentions in the suit that he has been accused of being a pedophile and being involved in Pizzagate.

In June, Twitter filed an application in response to the lawsuit, stating that BC was not the proper place to sue because the “court lacks jurisdiction (4).” Twitter went on to say that the suit should be either dismissed, stayed, or declined jurisdiction in favour of the courts in California, where most of the witnesses and documents are located. For its part, Twitter said in the application that it is a platform for people to express their views and that it already has a team of “safety experts” who enforce their rules. They also said that they cannot proactively screen all content, which is exactly what Giustra wants them to do.

Giustra wants a mandatory permanent injunction requiring Twitter to delete, remove, cease or prevent publication of the tweets, as well as a mandatory permanent injunction requiring the company to prohibit publication by its users of materials that are defamatory of the plaintiff on an indefinite basis. He’s also seeking general damages and costs (5).

Giustra is demanding that anything anyone says about him to be moderated. He wants comments about him that feature him negatively not published at all. Not only that, but he has a list of tweets that he wants removed. A lot of the tweets are older and he complained about these specific tweets at the time too. The list contains 98 tweets and are listed in the appendix of his lawsuit (6)(7). He basically wants his own expert Twitter posse, ready to sift through Twitter 24 hours a day, looking for anything negative about him.

What are the implications of this? Essentially, Giustra wants to change Twitter’s business model to a publisher instead of a social media platform. By launching his lawsuit in Canada, Giustra aims to set legal precedent in Canadian censorship laws which differ from those of the United States. These are the sort of loopholes Giustra employs in his business dealings; for example, he set up the Canadian affiliate of the Clinton Foundation in order to circumvent US laws, which unlike Canadian laws, require the disclosure of all it’s donors (8).

Who is Frank Giustra?

According to Wikipedia, Giustra is a Canadian businessman and mining financier (9). He began his work in the investment industry in 1978 and developed a reputation for being able to quickly raise billions of dollars. He then created a “resource-financing” group in Europe for Yorkton Securities and then went on to work with Rob McEwen and Ian Telfer to turn Goldcorp into the fourth largest gold mining company in the world. Giustra has also collaborated with or is associated with: Endeavor Financial, UrAsia Energy, Leogold Mining, Fiore Group, the Radcliffe Foundation, Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative, the Boys Club Network, and the Crisis Group. This is not where the list stops, and MarketScreener has an excellent summary of his other business interests and connections (10).

On November 5^th, 2012, BCBusiness ran a very revealing article about Giustra (11). It traces through his childhood, noting that even as a child he “wanted to get away with murder.” The article details how his latest venture at the time was to promote his “green gold” olive oil. Apparently, as Giustra proudly states, his friends Bill and Hillary Clinton love it. This quote from the article sums up Frank:

Frank Giustra changes direction as regularly as the wind, turning whatever catches his interest to gold. He wanted to be a stockbroker, so he became a legend on Howe Street. He dreamed of Hollywood, so he built Lions Gate Entertainment. And when he wanted to truly give back, he called Bono and the Clintons. Now with a black book of personal contacts who literally change the world, Giustra can’t wait to tell you about his new venture.

Who’s in Frank’s little “black book” of contacts other than the Clintons and George Soros? Who else wants to “change the world”? And what “new ventures” has Frank pursued since this article was written? By exploring his involvement with various foundations and charities listed above, our goal is to answer some of these questions.

The Giustra Foundation (formerly known as the Radcliffe Foundation) website states he is CEO of Fiore group and the founder of Lionsgate Entertainment (12). In addition, the Giustra Foundation has more recently become “actively involved in the refugee crisis by providing humanitarian aid in Greece and Turkey.” He is also founding partner in both The Ascend Collaborative and the Global Refugee Sponsorship Initiative (13)(14). It’s important to note that Giustra does not generally get involved with anything unless there is a profit to be made (15, page 31).

Along with George Soros, Giustra funds and is also an active Board Trustee of the International Crisis Group (ICG), an organization that describes itself as independent and non-partisan, but has consistently championed NATO’s wars (16)(17)(18)(19). These topics are complicated and will be explored in subsequent articles.

The foundation’s site also highlights Giustra’s work with the infamous Clinton Foundation, despite their involvement in the questionable Uranium One deal, which is still shrouded in secrets. In fact, controversy seems to be an ongoing theme in Giustra’s collaboration with the Clintons (20)(21)(22)(23)(24)(25), so much so that their integrity remains problematic. This did not stop Justin Trudeau from praising Giustra and the Radcliffe Foundation at the UN in September, 2016 (26).

In Giustra’s lawsuit, he claims that he was “vilified…in part in part because of his charitable and philanthropic work in support of the Clinton Foundation in (27). Giustra did famously say back in 2015 that (28):

All of my chips, almost, are on Bill Clinton… He’s a brand, a worldwide brand, and he can do things and ask for things that no one else can…..The one thing that works for me is generosity. Generosity can be very profitable.”

It is therefore necessary to obtain a good background as far as the type of operations that the Clintons engage in. Probably one of the best sources, and most entertaining to watch, is the 2015 documentary Clinton Cash, based on the book of the same name by Peter Schweizer (29). When the book was released, the Clinton camp were running around in a panic, waiting to see what kinds of errors there were or what excuses they could make. Many news outlets were given advance copies of the book to fact-check the work (30). Errors were subsequently corrected in the Kindle version of the book, and the publisher, HarperCollins, insisted that the errors were minor (31):
